A joint connector and a wire harness in which a plurality of conductor portions exposed at ends of a plurality of covered electric wires can be reliably electrically connected to a joint portion of a joint terminal. They include a conductor holding member that has larger holes guiding cover portions of the covered electric wires so as to allow the cover portions abut from a side of one end face into which the covered electric wires are inserted and smaller holes allowing the conductor portions protruding from the cover portions to pass through to another end face.

The second mating portion and the first mating portion are arranged side by side along a first direction. The first mating portion includes a first elastic piece extending along a second direction. The first elastic contact portion extends along a first arc-shaped surface. The second elastic contact portion extends along a second arc-shaped surface. Protruding directions of the first arc-shaped surface and the second arc-shaped surface are opposite to each other along the first direction. A terminal and wire connection structure of the present disclosure includes a first wire, a second wire and a terminal for connecting the first wire and the second wire. The first wire includes a first core wire and a first insulation coating surrounding the first core wire. The second wire includes a second core wire and a second insulation coating surrounding the second core wire. The terminal includes a first connecting portion to be connected to the first core wire, a second connecting portion to be connected to the second core wire and a coupling portion coupling the first and second connecting portions.
