Wire harness
A wire harness, in which a connection portion between a shape retaining conductor and a flexible conductor can be protected, includes a flexible conductor that is flexibly bendable, a shape retaining conductor that retains its shape, and a protective member that surrounds a connection portion between the flexible conductor and the shape retaining conductor and linearly holds the connection portion, and one end portion of the protective member is fixed to an end portion of the shape retaining conductor.
Connection device to be crimped onto an end section of cable, comprising a conducting sheath provided with a wall separating two housings
A connection device includes a conducting element exhibiting a tubular portion and including a conducting sheath which is perforated with distributed perforations according to a predetermined solid-void pattern, the tubular portion and the sheath being configured in such a way that the sheath can be placed inside the tubular portion with the end section positioned inside the sheath and so that the tubular portion and the sheath can then be crimped onto the end section. The sheath includes at least one longitudinal wall separating two distinct housings each configured to accept one respective longitudinal portion of the end section of cable.
Conductive member
A conductive member that includes a flexible conductor in which a plurality of strands are bundled together and that has flexibility; a rigid conductor that has a shape retaining property; a body that is formed at an end portion of the rigid conductor and that surrounds the flexible conductor and is fixed to the flexible conductor; and a sliding contact that has a form protruding from an inner circumference of the body and with which the strands can make sliding contact, wherein the sliding contact has a bent shape.
METAL MOLD FOR CRIMPING, CRIMPING DEVICE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CONDUCTOR WITH TERMINAL
A crimping die including a first die piece having a recess portion and a second die piece having a protrusion portion is provided. An inner wall surface of the recess portion has a bottom wall surface and recess-side lateral end surfaces. An outer surface of the protrusion portion has a top end surface and protrusion-side lateral end surfaces. The bottom wall surface has a recess-side projection portion, a recess-side concave portion, and a recess-side curvature changing portion. The top end surface has a protrusion-side projection portion, a protrusion-side concave portion, and a protrusion-side curvature changing portion. A sign of curvature of the bottom wall surface changes at a boundary portion in the recess-side curvature changing portion with respect to the recess-side concave portion. A sign of curvature of the top end surface changes at a boundary portion in the protrusion-side curvature changing portion with respect to the protrusion-side concave portion.
Connector arrangement
The present invention relates to a connector arrangement (100) with a connector (101) and a cable (50) connected to the connector, wherein the cable has an inner conductor (51) and an outer conductor (52) and the connector has an inner conductor (103) and an outer conductor (105), wherein the connector arrangement has a crimping region in which the cable is crimped with a crimp barrel (10), wherein the crimp barrel has at least one radially inwardly directed lug (11).
COAXIAL CONNECTOR AND COAXIAL CONNECTOR INCORPORATING COAXIAL CABLES
A coaxial connector includes internal and external terminals, and an insulation member disposed between the terminals. The external terminal includes a holding portion that holds coaxial cables, and crimping portions. A crimping portion outermost in an arrangement direction of the cables is formed from a plate member bent to follow an outer circumference of the cable, and includes a connection portion connectable with the holding portion between both end portions in the arrangement direction. An inner hook extends inward in the arrangement direction from a point of intersection between the connection portion connectable with the holding portion and a virtual straight line orthogonal to the arrangement direction and passing a center of the cable, in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the cable. An outer hook extends outward in the arrangement direction from the point of intersection. The inner hook is shorter than the outer hook.
COAXIAL CABLE CONNECTOR PROVIDED WITH A HOUSING COMPRISING PAIRED CRIMPING PIECES
The connector is provided with a terminal, a housing that supports the terminal, and an outer conductor shell that covers the exterior of the housing. The terminal includes a connecting portion exposed from the housing, and the outer conductor shell includes a first and second crimping portion provided in a manner permitting deformation toward a coaxial cable connected to the connecting portion and successively spaced apart from each other along the axial direction of the coaxial cable connected to the connecting portion from one end toward the other end of the coaxial cable. The first crimping portion involves protruding portions positioned in the axial direction at the corresponding locations of the connecting portion and protrudes in the axial direction toward the second crimping portion. The second crimping portion involves, in alignment with the protruding portions, indented portions indented away from the first crimping portion in the axial direction.
Magnet wire splice terminal
A splice terminal for connecting a magnet wire to a lead wire. The splice terminal includes a first closed section and a second open section. The first closed section has a first section bottom wall, first section side walls and a first section top wall. An opening is provided between the first section bottom wall, the first section side walls and the first section top wall. The opening is configured to receive the magnet wire therein. The opening has a height between the first section bottom wall and the first section top wall which is larger than the diameter of the magnet wire. The second open section has a second section bottom wall and second section side walls. The second section is configured to receive the magnet wire and the lead wire therein.
Modular conductor connector assemblies and connecting methods
Conductor connector assemblies and methods for connecting conductors and conductor connector assemblies are provided. An assembly includes a base attachment accessory extending between a first end and a second end. The base attachment accessory further defines a bore hole extending therein from the second end. The base attachment accessory further includes an internal thread in the bore hole. The assembly further includes a barrel assembly connectable to the base attachment accessory. The barrel assembly includes a barrel extending between a first end and a second end.
