WIRING TERMINAL AND CORRESPONDING ELECTRICAL COMPONENT
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a terminal and a corresponding electrical component. The terminal comprises a U-shape connector comprising a first part and a second part opposite to each other, and a third part connecting the first part and the second part; a threaded terminal formed on a first surface of the first part and being integral with the first part; and an unthreaded terminal coupled to a second surface of the first part of the connector, the second surface being opposite to the first surface, and the unthreaded terminal being electrically coupled to the threaded terminal. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, actual needs of different customers can be satisfied and the reliability of the terminal can also be enhanced.
TERMINAL ASSEMBLY FOR ELECTRICAL DEVICE AND ELECTRICAL DEVICE
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a terminal assembly for an electrical device and an electrical device comprising the same. The terminal assembly comprises: a first terminal comprising a terminal seat and a screw in a threaded connection with the terminal seat, a cavity for receiving a wire being formed in the terminal seat; and a second terminal, comprising: a body provided with a hook thereon, wherein the first terminal is adapted to be connected with the second terminal via the hook; and a clamping arm with one end connected with the body and the other end being a free end adapted to cooperate with the body for clamping the wire. Such terminal assembly can provide two different types of terminals to adapt to criteria in different countries and areas, and thus can broaden the application range of the product.
Electric apparatus with a push-in connection terminal mounted in a casing with two portions assembled along the insertion direction of an electrical conductor in the connection terminal
An electrical contactor a casing formed of an electrically insulating material and at least one connection terminal mounted in the casing configured to establish and maintain a contact between an electrical conductor inserted in the connection terminal and an electrical link bar mounted in the casing to ensure an electrical connection between the electrical link bar and the electrical conductor. The connection terminal having a contact spring configured so that the contact between the electrical conductor and the electrical link bar results from a force insertion of the electrical conductor in opposition to the action of the contact spring and is automatically maintained by the contact spring after insertion of the electrical conductor. The casing has a peripheral wall and a cover configured to be assembled together along a mounting direction substantially parallel to the direction in which the electrical conductor is inserted in the connection terminal.
System comprising multiple functional modules and addressing method for functional modules thereof
A system comprising a plurality of functional modules connected by a bus, each functional module comprising a photo emitter and a photo receiver, to transmit photo signals between two adjacent modules. A method for addressing the functional modules, wherein a control module broadcasts respective unique addresses to the bus and a photo enquiry signal to its downstream module to trigger the latter to pick up an address. Each module provides a photo enquiry signal to its downstream module, after it has picked up an address from the bus.
SPRUNG BUSBAR TAPPING CLIP
Disclosed is a busbar tapping clamp (10) comprising a clamping member (16) that can be attached to a busbar (12) like a G-clamp, and sprung means (34) for bringing a conductor (32), which extends to the busbar tapping clamp (10), into electroconductive contact with the clamping member (16).
Conductor connection terminal
A conductor terminal that has an insulating housing, which has a conductor insertion opening for inserting an electrical conductor and a contact element insertion opening for inserting a contact element. A busbar has a clamping section arranged between the inserted electrical conductor and the inserted contact element. A first clamping spring is provided for clamping the electrical conductor, which includes a first clamping leg having a clamping edge oriented in the direction of the clamping section, a first spring bend and a first contact leg, the clamping edge and the clamping section forming a first clamping point for clamping the electrical conductor.
Junction box
A junction box includes a box body and a conductive bar. A guide plate extends from a lead insertion opening, with a laterally extended connection portion at its extended end to connect the box body. First and second support plates and edges of the guiding plate form passages accessible to a lead insert space defined by the guiding plate, the connecting portion, the second support plate and the box body. The conductive bar has a bent conductive arm that moves into the inside of the lead insert space by an elastic force, therefore locked in said space, after it passes the passages.
CONNECTOR
A connector for holding a linear conductor by a first contact portion and a second contact portion is provided. The linear conductor is inserted through an insertion portion. The first contact portion is formed in a pressing portion configured to be deformed elastically to press the linear conductor against the second contact portion. The second contact portion is formed in a fixed portion which is not deformed elastically and the second contact portion has at least one edge portion.
Quick connect terminal connector
A quick connect terminal connector is provided which includes first and second terminals and a casing. The first terminal and the second terminal are mutually and electrically separated. The casing covers at least part of the first terminal and the second terminal. The first terminal and the second terminal respectively include an attachment part, a resilient connection part and a contact part. The attachment part is attached to the casing. The resilient connection part extends in the insertion direction of the wire from the attachment part. The contact part is located at the tip of the resilient connection part capable of contacting a conductive wire of a wire inserted between the first terminal and the second terminal.
Coaxial connector assembly
A coaxial connector assembly includes a housing holding an outer contact and a dielectric holder received in the outer contact. The dielectric holder has a mating segment having a front cavity and a cable segment having a cable cavity receiving a cable assembly. The cable assembly has a pin contact. A center contact is received in the front cavity of the dielectric holder. The center contact has a base positioned in the dielectric holder generally at an intersection of the front cavity and the cable cavity. The center contact has deflectable pin beams extending from the base. The pin beams have flared lead-in tips at distal ends of the beams. The base and the pin beams are axially aligned with the cable axis to receive the pin contact.
