CONDUCTIVE COMPONENT STRUCTURE OF CONDUCTIVE WIRE CONNECTION DEVICE
A conductive component structure of conductive wire connection device is more securely assembled with the conductive wire to enhance the electro-conduction performance. The conductive component includes a main body in the form of a plate body and a restriction body connected on the main body. The restriction body has a base section, a first arm and a second arm connected with the base section and free sections connected with the first and second arms, which together provide elastic holding action force for the restriction body. When the conductive wire is plugged into the case into contact with the conductive component, the rear end of the conductive wire is at least securely pressed between the first and second arms of the restriction body without deflecting or swinging due to external force.
System Comprising Multiple Functional Modules and Addressing Method for Functional Modules thereof
A system comprising a plurality of functional modules connected by a bus, each functional module comprising a photo emitter and a photo receiver, to transmit photo signals between two adjacent modules. A method for addressing the functional modules, wherein a control module broadcasts respective unique addresses to the bus and a photo enquiry signal to its downstream module to trigger the latter to pick up an address. Each module provides a photo enquiry signal to its downstream module, after it has picked up an address from the bus.
FLEXING POKE HOME CONTACT
An electrical contact for use in connecting electrical wires is disclosed. The electrical contact includes a cage-like structure, a wire connecting portion, and a flexing contact portion. The cage-like structure includes a plurality of sidewalls and is configured to receive a wire. The wire connecting contact portion includes at least two contact tines that are configured to conductively couple with a corresponding wire. The flexing contact portion includes an end wall, an elastic portion, an extension portion, and a nose portion. The flexing contact portion can store elastic energy and apply a force to a corresponding electrical component.
Ceiling fitting with a lighting module
A ceiling fitting includes a canopy provided with a fixed hook and a mounting hole, a movable hook mounted on the mounting hole of the canopy and having an arcuate restriction portion, a lighting module removably mounted on the canopy, and an outer cover covering the lighting module. The lighting module includes a lamp board mounted on the canopy and located between the movable hook and the fixed hook, and a light permeable shell mounted on the lamp board. The lamp board is provided with a first retaining groove and a second retaining groove. The first retaining groove is locked onto the movable hook, with the restriction portion of the movable hook being retained by the first retaining groove of the lamp board. The second retaining groove is locked onto the fixed hook.
Assembly comprising conductor element and resilient means for unidirectionally retaining electric wires for switchboard terminal blocks
Conductive assembly for switchboard terminal blocks comprising a conductor element (200) for electrically connecting together the input and output (IN/OUT) of a switchboard terminal block, and resilient means for retaining electric wires (1) comprising at least one resilient element (100) with a body (110) having a first arm (111) substantially parallel to the vertical direction (Z-Z) and a second arm (112) forming an acute internal angle with the first vertical arm (111), which arms are resiliently connected together by a curved section (113), said conductor element (200) having a substantially U-shaped form and arms (211) which extend parallel to a substantially vertical direction (Z-Z) and are situated opposite each other in the longitudinal direction (X-X), wherein the conductor element comprises a pair of shoulders (212), each extending from the base (212) parallel to the vertical direction (Z-Z) and arranged facing, at a suitable distance, a respective vertical arm (211) of the conductor element. The first arm (111) of the at least one resilient element (100) has a substantially L-shaped foot (115) comprising a lug (115b) bent in the longitudinal direction (X) outwards.
Conductive Terminal And Electrical Connector
An electrical connector comprises a housing having a receiving passage and a conductive terminal inserted and removably mounted in the receiving passage in an insertion direction. The conductive terminal includes a body portion having a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, a clamping portion disposed at the first end of the body portion and configured to clamp a wire of a cable, and a spring locking portion disposed on the body portion and obliquely extending from the body portion in a direction away from the body portion toward the second end. The locking portion is configured to engage a bottom wall of the receiving passage. The engagement of the locking portion with the bottom wall of the receiving passage is released by driving the locking portion with an external tool inserted in the insertion direction.
MULTI-POLE ELECTRICAL WIRING DEVICES WITH WIRE TERMINATION ASSEMBLIES
Multi-pole or multi-phase electrical wiring devices that incorporate clamp-type wire termination assemblies are described. The electrical wiring devices include multi-pole motor switches. The electrical wiring devices include a plurality of wire termination assemblies. Each wire termination assembly includes a wire terminal and an activating member.
Electrical cable connecting system
An electrical cable connecting system includes a modular electrical or electronic wiring device assembly, in which an electrical or electronic wiring device and a connector may be electrically coupled via pig-tail jumper electrical wires. The connector may be coupled to cable electrical wires fitted with a cable protector to protect the electrical wire conductors therein. The connector may include internal electrical terminals for electrically coupling building electrical cable wires with corresponding jumper electrical wires. The connector may be mechanically and electrically coupled to and directly terminate one or more building electrical cables, which may provide power to or from one or more electrical or electronic wiring devices by establishing an electrical pathway from a source of electrical power, through the building electrical cable wires, the connector, the pig-tail jumper electrical wires and an electrical or electronic wiring device.
