Lever connector for electrical conductors
12176668 · 2024-12-24 · ·

A lever connector for contacting electrical conductors may include features and improvements over other lever connectors. The lever connector includes a housing, a busbar located within the housing, one or more lever mechanisms, and one or more resilient members that connect the lever mechanisms to the busbar. The lever mechanism includes a lever located on a near side of the busbar bridge and a lifting mechanism located on a far side of the busbar bridge opposite the near side of the busbar bridge. The resilient member includes a fixed section connected to the busbar bridge and a clamping section connected to the lifting mechanism. When the lever is actuated and lifted upwards and away from the housing, the lifting mechanism moves the clamping section of the resilient member to release away from the busbar base surface. When the lever is closed and pushed downward toward the housing, the lifting mechanism moves the clamping section of the resilient member downward to push the electrical conductor against the busbar base surface, thereby making electrical contact between the electrical conductor and the busbar.

Conductor connection terminal having first and second housings with electrically joined busbars

A conductor connection terminal having a first insulating material housing and a second insulating material housing. The first and the second insulating material housings each have a plurality of conductor insertion openings arranged side by side for inserting an electrical conductor in a conductor insertion direction into the insulating material housing. The first insulating material housing has a first busbar and the second insulating material housing has a second busbar, and at least two conductor insertion openings of the first insulating material housing and the second insulating material housing are each associated with a clamping spring having a clamping leg. The clamping leg and the respective busbar form a clamping point for an electrical conductor to be clamped.

CONDUCTOR TERMINAL

A conductor terminal in the form of a distribution terminal block, which comprises a housing with a number of conductor insertion openings and spring-loaded clamping connections arranged in the housing and accessible via the conductor insertion openings for the purpose of connection of electrical conductors. The spring-loaded clamping connections being electrically conductively interconnected via a bus bar arrangement.

Connection device for a shield conductor of an electrical line

A connection device for a shield conductor of an electrical line includes: a housing attachable to a potential collector, into which housing the electrical line with the shield conductor is insertable; a spring element which is arranged adjustably on the housing, which spring element has a clamping leg and is movable relative to the housing from an open position into a clamping position in order to, in the clamping position, act with the clamping leg on the shield conductor of the electrical line inserted in the housing; and a locking element which is adjustable, relative to the housing, between a locking position, in which the housing attached to the potential collector is locked with the potential collector, and an unlocking position for releasing the housing from the potential collector.

CONDUCTOR TERMINAL

A conductor terminal for connecting and interconnecting electrical conductors. At least one conductor insertion opening is provided for inserting a second electrical conductor into the housing such that at least one subsection of a second electrical conductor inserted into the housing through the at least one conductor insertion opening is arranged in the housing at an angle to at least one subsection of first electrical conductors that are each inserted into the housing through the insertion guide opening. At least one clamping device is arranged in the housing, via which a stripped section of a first electrical conductor inserted through an insertion guide opening is pressed in directly against a stripped section of the second electrical conductor inserted through the at least one conductor insertion opening.

POKE-IN ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR

An electrical connector includes a housing having contact channels with electrical contacts received therein each having a poke-in spring beam configured to engage an electrical wire when poked-in to the housing. The electrical contact is movable between a resting position when no wire is present in the wire channel and a clearance position where the electrical contact allows the electrical wire to be removed from the wire channel. Pivot levers are held by the housing and are coupled to corresponding electrical contacts with a pivot end pivotably coupled to the housing and a push button end having a push button pressed to move the corresponding electrical contact to the clearance position. When the electrical wire is loaded into the wire channel, the electrical contact is positioned in a pinching position in which the spring beam pinches against the electrical wire in physical contact with the electrical wire.

Connector and connector assembly

A connector is disclosed. The connector has a housing and a conductive terminal disposed in the housing. The conductive terminal has a pair of resilient contact arms biased toward each other and a releasing mechanism adapted to move the pair of resilient contact arms away from each other.
