Electrical conductor connector
The present invention relates to an electrical conductor connector, comprises: an insulating body, a contact member and an actuation lever. A plurality of inserting openings are provided in the insulating body. The contact member comprises a busbar and a wire connection clamp. The actuation lever comprises an actuation portion for cooperating with the wire connection clamp and a flip portion, wherein the actuation portion is provided with a cam, a stop wall is provided inside the insulating body for contacting the cam. When the flip portion is flipped, the actuation lever swings and moves jointly through the contour of the cam and a contact surface of the stop wall, so a relative displacement is generated between the insulating body and the actuation lever. A contact point is generated between the surface of wire connection clamp and the actuation portion, and the position of the contact point will be changed continuously.
An Operable Wire Connector
An operable wire connector comprises an insulating housing (1), an operating handle (2) rotatably mounted inside the insulating housing (1), a transmitting piece (3), an electric conductor (4), an elastic clamping piece (5) with a fixed portion (51) connected to the electric conductor (4) and an elastic free portion (52) resisted by the transmitting piece (3), and a cover (6) assembled with the insulating housing (1); an adjustable gap is formed between the elastic free portion (52) and the electric conductor (4) for receiving a wire, and the gap will continuously be present due to the action of a rotation limiting portion (12). The operating handle (2) is pulled reversely, so that the wire comes into contact with the electric conductor (4); when the user pulls and turns up the operating handle (2) again, there is no need to continuously use force, and the wire will be take out easily.
Conductor terminal
A conductor terminal with an insulating material housing, the insulating material housing having a conductor insertion opening for receiving an electrical conductor in a conductor insertion direction, with a conductor rail section, with a clamping spring, wherein the clamping spring has a clamping leg which, with the conductor rail section, forms a clamping point for the electrical conductor, with a retaining element for holding the clamping leg in an open position of the clamping point, wherein a first latching element is arranged on the clamping leg and a second latching element is arranged on the retaining element, wherein the first and second latching elements can be latched together in the open position of the clamping point, the retaining element and the clamping spring being designed as two components which are separate from one another.
Device and method for aligning a solar panel with respect to a roof-mounted installation rail prior to installation
The invention relates to a device (1) for aligning a solar panel (20) with respect to an installation rail which is attached to a base, in particular a roof, prior to installation. The invention also relates to an assembly comprising at least one solar panel (20) and at least one such device (1) which is coupled to a frame (21) of the solar panel (20). The invention furthermore relates to a method for aligning a solar panel (20), with respect to an installation rail attached to a base, in particular a roof, prior to installation by using at least one such device (1), optionally followed by the installation of the at least one solar panel (20) to the support rail.
Connector locking wire operating mechanism capable of buffering impact on a push rod
A connector locking wire operation mechanism capable of buffering an impact on a push rod includes a body provided with a push rod rotatable along an arcuate track and a cam rotatable about a circular hole. A sector notch capable of accommodating the cam and leaving sufficient space is provided at an inner side of the push rod. The push rod and the cam are cooperatively rotatable about a common rotation axis. Both sides of the cam are in contact with the push rod and a spring plate respectively.
Conductor connection terminal
A conductor connection terminal with at least one spring-loaded clamping connection for connecting an electrical conductor via a spring-loaded clamping. The spring-loaded clamping connection has at least one clamping point for clamping the electrical conductor which is formed with a clamping leg of a clamping spring. The conductor connection terminal has a manual actuating element which, as a result of manual actuation, can be moved from at least a closed position, in which the clamping point is closed, to an open position, in which the clamping point is open, and vice versa. The conductor connection terminal comprises a movably mounted control element by means of which the manual actuating element is mechanically coupled to the clamping spring, so that, as a result of manual actuation of the manual actuating element, the clamping point can be opened and closed via the control element.
