Electrical power cord connectors
Electrical wiring devices that incorporate clamp-type wire terminal connections are described. The electrical wiring devices include for example, single and duplex blade-type electrical receptacles, blade-type locking electrical receptacles, single or multi-pole electrical switches, combination switches and blade-type receptacles, blade-type plugs for electrical cords and blade-type connectors for electrical cords. The electrical wiring devices include a plurality of contact assemblies. Each contact assembly includes a wire terminal and a plunger.
Electric device with a contacting device for a releasable connection of bus sections
An electrical device arrangeable in a row with other electrical devices includes: a first bus section contactable with a further electrical device arranged on a first side of the electrical device; a second bus section contactable with a further electrical device arranged on a second side of the electrical device facing away from the first side; and a contact device, to which an electrical assembly is connectable, and which includes a contact element for establishing an electrical connection between the first bus section and the second bus section when the contact device is not connected to the electrical assembly, and, when the contact device is connected to the electrical assembly, is displaced in order to disconnect the first bus section and the second bus section from one another.
Electrical connection terminal
An electrical connection terminal includes a metal part having a contact leg and a fastening leg which is connected to the contact leg by a web, the fastening leg having a spring receiving portion which has an inner side, an outer side, and an opening arranged in the spring receiving portion, and the contact leg having a contact portion which has an inner side and an outer side. A clamping spring can be mounted on the metal part, the clamping spring having a spring leg which has an end portion, a ridge connected to the spring leg on a side of the spring leg which faces away from the end portion, and a holding leg connected to the ridge. The ridge has a first recess and the holding leg has a second recess. The holding leg includes two side clips arranged in parallel with one another.
Spring-force clamping element with pivoting lever
A compact spring-biased connector includes a housing having a chamber containing a conductive bus bar, a clamping spring normally having an expanded clamping condition for biasing a conductor bare end toward electrical engagement with the bus bar, and a release lever pivotally connected with the housing for displacement from a normally closed clamping position toward an open position, such that a lateral projection on the clamping lever operates the clamping spring toward a compressed open condition, thereby permitting removal of the conductor bare end from the housing chamber. The clamping spring is a compression V-shaped leaf spring having a stationary support leg and a movable clamping leg, with the lateral operating projection extending within the chamber to engage the spring clamping leg adjacent its juncture with the support leg.
CONDUCTOR TERMINAL
A conductor terminal to connecting an electrical conductor, including a busbar, on which a clamping point is formed for clamping the electrical conductor. At least one three-dimensionally shaped receiving contour is arranged after the clamping point in the conductor insertion direction of the electrical conductor, which is configured to contact with and/or to receive the electrical conductor
Contact element for an electrical plug connector device
A contact element for an electrical plug connecting device, having a molded first end section and a molded elongated receiving section which defines a longitudinal axis for mechanical and electrical coupling and/or receiving a mating contact element designed to be complementary to the contact element of a plug connecting device to be paired with the electrical plug connecting device, both of which are manufactured of an electrically conductive material. The elongated receiving section extends essentially cylindrically from the first end section. This end section as well as the elongated cylindrical receiving section are molded to be free of seams and butt joints by shaping the electrically conducting material by means of a force acting at least predominantly parallel to the longitudinal axis, and at least the receiving section molded by shaping the electrically conducting material forms a cylindrical interior sheathed by the molded electrically conducting material along the longitudinal axis.
SWITCH WIRE CONNECTION DEVICE
A switch wire connection device has a simplified structure and is easy to operate with enhanced stability of operation. The switch wire connection device includes a conductive component mounted in an insulation case, a switch pushbutton assembled with the conductive component and an electrical contact. The electrical contact has a restriction unit and a contact plate connected with the restriction unit. By means of operating the pushbutton, the conductive component is driven to selectively electrically contact or separate from the contact plate. The restriction unit defines a space, in which a metal leaf spring is assembled. The wiring circuit or conductive wire of a machine or equipment can be easily directly plugged into the space of the restriction unit and held by the metal leaf spring. The metal leaf spring is prevented from deflecting in the operation process.
Terminal connection structure
A terminal connection structure has a housing, a base housed in the housing, and a terminal unit having a pair of tab terminals disposed on the base, a pair of terminal portions disposed in the tab terminals in parallel, each of which is exposed from the housing and configured to be connected to an external terminal, and a terminal plate sandwiched between the pair of tab terminals.
Printed circuit board terminal
The invention is a printed circuit board terminal, having a housing which has an inner wall and outer wall, a clamp spring, a contact element arranged inside the housing, and a connector element arranged outside the housing, wherein the contact element and the connector element are conductively connected to each other, and wherein the contact element is arranged flush with the inner wall and the connector element is arranged flush with the outer wall.
