The contact insert has a connection side for connecting individual conductors of a multi-wire cable and a contact side for electrically connecting to a mating plug connector or a socket, wherein n connection openings for respective conductors of the multi-wire cable are provided on the connection side, m contact openings for accessing a mating contact element of a mating plug connector or a socket are provided on the contact side, and n and m are natural numbers, m being greater than n. A system for a plug connector housing and a contact insert are also provided.
Terminal block fastening device having locking handle
A terminal block fastening device (100) includes a body (110) and a locking handle (200). The body (110) includes a socket (124) for insertion of a printed circuit board (10) and two through holes (128) perpendicular to the socket (124). The locking handle (200) is installed in the body (110). The locking handle (200) has a force arm (230), a fastening portion (202) connected to one end of the force arm (230), a pivot point (220) connected to the other end of the force arm (230), and a resilient arm (210) disposed between the fastening portion (202) and the force arm (230). The fastening portion (202) is operatively associated with the resilient arm (210) to move between a locked state (L) and a released state (R), so that the anti-pull-out effect on the printed circuit board (10) is improved.
TERMINAL BLOCK
A terminal block includes: a base plate; a first fixing portion arranged on the base plate, to which an end portion of a first bus bar is fixed; a first wall portion erected on the base plate and forming an extension path of the first bus bar; a second fixing portion arranged on the base plate side by side with the first fixing portion, to which an end portion of a second bus bar is fixed; and a second wall portion erected on the base plate and forming an extension path of the second bus bar. The first wall portion has a first interference region preventing arrangement of the second bus bar to the first fixing portion, and the second wall portion has a second interference region preventing arrangement of the first bus bar to the second fixing portion.
MOTOR DRIVE DEVICE
This motor drive device includes a first motor driving unit, a first terminal block 11 attached to the first motor driving unit, a second motor driving unit, a second terminal block attached to the motor driving unit, a first short bar whose one end portion is attached to the first terminal block so that the first short bar can be rotated around a first axis line, and a second short bar whose one end portion is attached to the first terminal block so that the second short bar can be rotated around a second axis line, the other end sides thereof can be placed at a connection position so that the other end sides can be connected to the second terminal block, and at a retract position which is distant from the second terminal block by rotation of the first and the second short bars.
Contact device for contacting an electric conductor and an electrical connector to an electrical conductor track
A contacting device has a housing having a first opening for inserting the electrical conductor and the electrical plug into a cavity in the housing, and having a second opening for inserting the electrical conducting track into the cavity in the housing. The contacting device further has a contact bridge which is arranged in the cavity in the housing and comprises a first portion for fixing the electrical conductor to the electrical conducting track in a force fit, and a second portion for retaining the electrical plug on the electrical conducting track and pressing it thereagainst.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT UNIT AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX
An electronic component unit includes an accommodation member, electronic components, and a bus bar including a rectangular unit. The accommodation member accommodates the electronic components and the bus bar in an accommodation space portion of an inner space portion. The accommodation member has a dividing wall that forms divided space portions by dividing the accommodation space portion. The dividing wall is provided with a slit that communicates the adjacent divided space portions. The rectangular unit of the bus bar is exposed to the inside of each of the divided space portions, when the rectangular unit is held by being inserted into the slit. The electronic components that are individually accommodated in the respective divided space portions are connected to the rectangular unit being exposed.
