SERIES MODULE ASSEMBLY WITH A POWER BUS SYSTEM
A series module assembly particularly for drive technology includes a bus system and series modules arranged in side by side in a row on a mounting base. The series modules each have an electronics housing in which at least one electronic element is arranged. The bus system includes busbars that extend outside of the electronics housing, wherein at least one of the busbars can be electrically connected to the electronic element of one of the series modules via a plug assembly. The series module assembly is designed for wall mounting. The bus bars are pre-assembled with a mounting and bus rail and anchored to the wall. The mounting and bus rail is configured so that the series modules can be mounted on the mounting and bus rail in a direction parallel to the wall in order to establish contact with the busbars. The mounting and bus rail can be adjustably mounted at a selected distance from the wall.
Terminal blocks
An example terminal block may include a frame that is to attach to a power supply casing. The frame may be formed from an electrical insulator, and may include a base, exterior walls connected to the base, and a number of interior walls that separate an interior region of the frame into multiple compartments. The example terminal block may include a cover that may be formed from an electrical insulator and may be connected to the frame such that the cover may transition between an open position and a closed position. Each of the compartments may electrically isolate bus bars from one another, where the bus bars extend from within the power supply casing into the frame. The base may include a nut holder in each of the compartments, each of the nut holders having a cavity formed therein that is shaped so as to hold a nut captive.
TERMINAL STRIP
A terminal strip having an insulating material housing that has a latching foot for latching onto a mounting rail and has a width less than the length and height, and conductor connections in the insulating material housing that are arranged next to one another in pairs. The insulating material housing is in two parts and has a base housing and a lower housing. The base housing has, in a first connection region, a pair of conductor connections that are electrically conductively connected to one another. In a second connection region, the base housing has a cutout that is laterally bounded by the insulating material of the second connection region. The lower housing can be inserted into the cutout. The lower housing has a conductor connection that is electrically insulated from an adjacent conductor connection that is arranged in the second connection region, in the base housing.
CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY
A controller assembly includes a plurality of controller units, and a heat dissipating unit interposed between the controller units. Male and female connectors are disposed in the controller units, and the connectors thereof are fitted to female and male connectors of the heat dissipating unit to thereby establish electrical contact therebetween. Upon driving electric actuators, heat generated in circuit boards of the controller units is dissipated to the exterior through a plurality of heat dissipating protrusions provided on the heat dissipating unit, so that heat generating sources of the circuit boards are cooled.
TERMINAL DEVICE HAVING A BUSBAR
A terminal device includes: a housing having at least one contact cavity; a contact part which is arranged in the at least one contact cavity and into which at least one electrical line can be plugged in order to make electrical contact with the contact part; and at least one busbar which is arranged on the housing, is electrically connected to the contact part, and a busbar portion of which extends along a height line. An end portion adjoins the busbar portion, which end portion extends in art oblique direction at an oblique angle to the height line and can be moved along the height line relative to the contact part.
Electronic device
An electronic device (1) is described comprising a base module (2) and an electronic module (3) detachably pluggable onto the base module (2). The base module (2) comprises an insulation material housing (16) with a snap-in base (5) for attaching the base module (2) on a carrier rail and plug contacts (7, 8) on the side walls. The electronic module (3) comprises an insulation material housing (20) and is connectable to the plug contacts (7, 8) of the base module (2) in the attached state on the base module (2). The base module (2) and the electronic module (3) comprise interacting snap-in elements (23, 26) for locking the base module (2) and the electronic module (3) to each other when the electronic module (3) is attached to the base module (2) A snap-in element (23) of the electronic module (3) comprises a protruding activation lug (27) on a second face (15) of the electronic device (1). The electronic module (3) comprises a protruding catch lug (19) on its first face (11) opposite the second face (15). The electronic module (3) and the base module (2) comprise interacting linear guides (35a, 35b; 36a, 36b), wherein the electronic module (3) is held linearly displaceable on the base module (2) using the linear guides (35a, 35b; 36a, 36b) and is receivable on the base module (2).
Plug-in connector with a handle part
A plug-in connector cooperating with a terminal block includes a body having a cooperation assembly mechanically securing the plug-in connector on the terminal block, the body having a compartment accommodating a fuse element, a pair of plug contacts received within the compartment, and a handle part having an actuating portion and a linking portion. The plug contacts are each connected to a terminal of the fuse element. Each of the plug contacts has a contact tongue extending outside of the compartment, the contact tongue electrically secured to a bus bar of the terminal block. The linking portion is attached to the body and extends along a linking axis parallel to an insertion axis of a pin of the cooperation assembly. The actuating portion has an actuating surface extending transversely to the insertion axis and cooperating with a marking element disposed along the actuating surface.

A conductor terminal for connecting at least one electrical conductor. The conductor terminal has a base module which includes mounting rail fastening elements for fastening the conductor terminal to a mounting rail. The base module includes a housing, which extends in its longitudinal direction up to two end areas of the housing. A central area of the housing is provided between the two end areas, with the central area projecting beyond the two end areas in a direction facing away from the mounting rail fastening elements. The base module also includes at least one receptacle arrangement being disposed on the base module in each of the two end areas, each for accommodating a conductor connecting module. The conductor connecting modules each include at least one conductor terminal connection designed to connect an electric conductor.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL CARRIER AND HIGH VOLTAGE CONTACTOR FOR A BATTERY SYSTEM OF AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A multifunction carrier for receiving circuit components of a battery system for an electric vehicle is disclosed, wherein the multifunction carrier includes: a busbar assembly with at least one charging connection rail and a drive connection rail; and an insulating housing in which the busbar assembly is embedded, wherein the insulating housing has openings exposing contact surfaces of the connecting rails, and wherein the insulating housing has plug connectors which are designed to provide a pluggable mechanical and electrical contact between the circuit components of the battery system with the open contact surfaces of the connecting rails. The invention further relates to a high-voltage contactor for a battery system of an electric vehicle.
Conductor terminal
A conductor terminal for connecting an electrical conductor by means of spring force clamping, the conductor terminal being configured for mounting on a busbar, the terminal conductor including at least one spring force clamping connection having a clamping spring for clamping the electrical conductor, a housing, which at least partially surrounds the spring force clamping connection and has a conductor insertion opening and a pivotably supported actuation lever, which is configured to actuate at least one part of the clamping spring, a receiving space for receiving at least one section of the busbar onto which the conductor terminal may be mounted, being present in the housing.
