SPRING LOADED PARALELL PAD CLAMP CONNECTORS CONNECTABLE USING LINEMAN HOT STICKS
A spring-loaded parallel pad clamp connector is provided. The clamp includes a top jaw; a bottom jaw having an eye depending therefrom; one or more springs biasing the top and bottom jaws to a closed position; and a surface positioned a predetermined distance from the eye so that the surface acts as a fulcrum and force translation surface for a lineman hot stick.
Conductor interface grabbing tool
The present disclosure provides a tool that grips a conductor interface of a wedge type electrical connector so that the conductor interface can be installed between a main conductor and a tap conductor being electrically and mechanically connected by the wedge type electrical connector. The tool includes a body, a carriage adjuster and a gripping carriage. The body has a first arm, a second arm and a back pad between the first arm and the second arm. The carriage adjuster is operatively coupled to the body, and the gripping carriage is coupled to the carriage adjuster. The second arm and the gripping carriage are used to grip the conductor interface in response to the operation of the carriage adjuster.
LOW RESISTIVITY TAP CLAMP
Clamps and methods disclosed herein can help to provide efficient electrical communication between a first conductor and a second conductor. An example clamp includes a main housing portion that includes a first surface, a second surface, a body, and an insert, the insert providing electrical communication between the first surface and the second surface; a clamp member; and a fastener.

Grounding Cross Connectors
Various implementations of grounding cross connectors are disclosed. The grounding cross connectors may be used to clamp together two or more, often perpendicular, conductors. In some implementations, a grounding cross connector includes an upper clamping pad and a lower clamping pad held together by a pair of threaded fasteners. A pair of perpendicular conductors may be placed in between the clamping pads and secured together by torquing nuts on the threaded fasteners. The upper clamping pad may include a hook through which one of the threaded fasteners may pass, thereby allowing the upper clamping to rotate relative to the lower clamping pad.

CAM DRIVEN, SPRING LOADED GROUNDING CLAMP
A grounding clamp (10, 210) is provided for use with an overhead electrical conductor (12) and is operated by a user via a shotgun stick or other elongate stick or pole. The grounding damp (10) includes a pair of damp jaws (16, 18; 216,218) that, in one embodiment (10), are biased towards a closed position by at least one spring (20,22) and that are driven between open and closed positions via a cam mechanism (24) in response to the user applying a torque force to the clamp (10) with the shotgun stick or other elongate stick or pole. In another embodiment, a ground clamp (210) includes a tightening mechanism (220) configured to tighten a pair of jaws (216,218), and a ratchet mechanism (222) configured to allow the tightening mechanism (220) to be translated relative to the jaw (216) to any of a plurality of predetermined, linearly spaced, fixed positions to adjust the spacing between the jaws (216,218).
