Battery terminal
A battery terminal includes a main body in which a battery post is inserted and a fastener having a pair of fastening abutting portions. The main body has a notch portion provided in at least an end in a fastening direction, accommodating and positioning one of the pair of fastening abutting portions. An abutting-portion-side opposite surface on the fastening abutting portion side and a notch-portion-side opposite surface on the notch portion side have respective abutting surfaces. A relief surface is provided on at least one of the abutting-portion-side opposite surface and the notch-portion-side opposite surface such that a relief space is formed with a clearance from the other one of the opposite surfaces.
Mating terminal, multifunctional high-voltage connector and battery product
The present disclosure provides a mating terminal, a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the mating terminal comprises two elastic sheets and a connection sheet. Each of the elastic sheets has: a body portion; an elastic contact portion. The connection sheet has: a first connecting portion; a second connecting portion. The first connecting portion of the connection sheet is fixed between the body portions, the second connecting portion is positioned outside the two elastic sheets in the length direction.
JUMP TAB BATTERY TERMINAL CLAMP
A battery terminal clamp is provided for a rechargeable storage battery. The battery terminal clamp includes a body portion made of a conductive material. The body portion has a top planar element and a bottom planar element. The top planar element includes an orifice for accommodating the terminal post of a storage battery, and a tab integrally formed with the body portion. This tab extends upwardly from the top planar element, and serves as a secure attachment point for jumper cables.
Connection module
A connection module includes a first bus bar, a second bus bar and a connection unit. The connection unit includes a housing case having an insulation property and having a housing space formed therein, and a fastening member disposed inside the housing space. The connection unit is provided with a tool insertion hole through which a tool to be attached to the fastening member is insertable. The fastening member is configured to electrically connect the first bus bar and the second bus bar that are disposed inside the housing space. An insulation member is disposed in a portion of the fastening member that is visible through the tool insertion hole when the fastening member is seen through the tool insertion hole.
Jump tab battery terminal clamp
A battery terminal clamp is provided for a rechargeable storage battery. The battery terminal clamp includes a body portion made of a conductive material. A sensor device for measuring a current flow, having a sensor element for detecting the current flow, a first contact element for connecting the sensor element to the current source, a ground contact element for connecting the sensor element to a ground, wherein the ground contact element includes a first and second electrically conductive connector element, wherein the first connector element has a hole-like opening and wherein the second connector opening has a connector point, which can be pressed into the hole-like opening of the first connector element, such that the second connector element is fastened to the first connector element.
CONNECTION MODULE
A connection module includes a first bus bar, a second bus bar and a connection unit. The connection unit includes a housing case having an insulation property and having a housing space formed therein, and a fastening member disposed inside the housing space. The connection unit is provided with a tool insertion hole through which a tool to be attached to the fastening member is insertable. The fastening member is configured to electrically connect the first bus bar and the second bus bar that are disposed inside the housing space. An insulation member is disposed in a portion of the fastening member that is visible through the tool insertion hole when the fastening member is seen through the tool insertion hole.
Automotive Battery Conductor Plates with Fusible Links
A conductor plate assembly for providing an electrical connection between a plurality of battery cells of a battery package for an electric vehicle is described. The conductor plate assembly includes a plurality of first conductor plates, at least one second conductor plate, a plurality of fusible links at the at least one second conductor plate configured to connect the at least one second conductor plate to multiple battery cells, and a plurality of non-fusible links at the plurality of first conductor plates configured to connect the plurality of first conductor plates to plural battery cells. MULTIFUNCTIONAL HIGH-VOLTAGE CONNECTOR AND BATTERY PRODUCT
The present disclosure provides a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the multifunctional high-voltage connector comprises: an upper cover; a pedestal; a conductive connection structure; two mating terminals; and a harness assembly. The conductive connection structure is used to make the two mating terminals be connected in series, and the harness assembly is directly connected to one of the mating terminals. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the conductive connection structure is simultaneously in contact with the two mating terminals, thereby turning on the high-voltage circuit. When the battery product requires maintenance, the upper cover is directly detached from the base, thereby turning off the high-voltage circuit. The battery product can be electrically connected to an external device via the harness assembly. The multifunctional high-voltage connector integrates both a switch function and a high-voltage connection function, therefore the connection resistance is greatly reduced.
CONDUCTIVE CONNECTION STRUCTURE, MULTIFUNCTIONAL HIGH-VOLTAGE CONNECTOR AND BATTERY PRODUCT
The present disclosure provides a conductive connection structure, a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the conductive connection structure comprises: a main body portion; and two conductive connection portions. The main body portion comprises: a tube body having openings; and a conductive fusing body. The conductive connection portion has: a first contact segment connected to the conductive fusing body and sealing a corresponding opening; a second contact segment; and a transitional connection segment. It is not necessary to additionally provide the package plate, thereby making the structure of the conductive connection structure simple and the volume of the conductive connection structure small, reducing the assembling steps, and improving the space utilization of the multifunctional high-voltage connector. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the second contact segment is directly inserted into the corresponding mating terminal, thereby further reducing the connection resistance in the high-voltage circuit.
