USB Type-C male connector
A USB Type-C male connector includes a first terminal assembly including a plurality of first pins and a second terminal assembly including a plurality of second pins. The first pins of the first terminal assembly having an SMD structure are electrically connected to a substrate in the SMT process. The second pins of the second terminal assembly having a DIP structure are electrically connected to the substrate in the SMT process. More pins of the second terminal assembly are used for transmitting data signals, control signals and power signals, thereby improving the signal quality of the USB drive.
BIDIRECTIONAL SIGNAL PIN MODULE, POWER MODULE INCLUDING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A bidirectional signal pin module includes: a signal pin configured to electrically connect two objects; and a socket having a bent body shape including bent portions, and configured to fix the signal pin in either one of a horizontal direction and a vertical direction.
POWER ELECTRONICS UNIT COMPRISING A CIRCUIT BOARD AND A POWER MODULE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A POWER ELECTRONICS UNIT, MOTOR VEHICLE COMPRISING A POWER ELECTRONICS UNIT
Power electronics arrangement including a printed circuit board and at least one power module fastened on the printed circuit board, which has one or more electronic components potted by a potting compound. At least one module connecting point of the power module is electrically contacted with at least one board connecting point of the printed circuit board by an electrically conductive pin. A base section of the pin is fastened on the module connecting point or on the board connecting point, and the end of the pin opposite to the base section is pressed in the installation position into a contacting opening assigned or assignable to the respective other connecting point.
PLUG CONNECTOR AND RECEPTACLE CONNECTOR
Plug and receptacle connectors for improving crosstalk are provided. The plug connector includes a first set of plug terminals, a second set of plug terminals, a first plate-shaped shielding member, and a second plate-shaped shielding member. The first set of plug terminals include first ground terminals and first signal terminals, where the first plate-shaped shielding member is provided below the first set of plug terminals. The first plate-shaped shielding member is welded to the first ground terminals and transversely crosses and covers the first signal terminals without contacting the first signal terminals. The second set of plug terminals include second ground terminals and second signal terminals, where the second plate-shaped shielding member is provided above the second set of plug terminals. The second plate-shaped shielding member is welded to the second ground terminals and transversely crosses and covers the second signal terminals without contacting the second signal terminals.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
An electrical connector assembly is applied to be disposed on a circuit board. The electrical connector assembly includes an electrical connector and a grounding metal member that is sleeved around an outer side of the electrical connector. The grounding metal member has a first surrounding segment and a second surrounding segment that outwardly extends from an end of the first surrounding segment. The second surrounding segment has a shielding portion being ring-shaped and a plurality of extension portions that extend from the shielding portion. The grounding metal member is configured to be connected to a grounding circuit of the circuit board through the shielding portion and the extension portions.
