Circuit board, display panel and display device
Embodiments of the present disclosure pertain to a circuit board, a display panel and a display device. The circuit board includes a ground protection circuit, disposed in a peripheral area of the circuit board. The ground protection circuit includes one or more first wires arranged in parallel, a bridging connection part and a plurality of second wires arranged in parallel, where one end of each first wire is grounded and the other end connects to the bridging connection part electrically, while one end of each second wire connects to the bridging connection part electrically and the other end is grounded. The display panel includes the circuit board and the display device includes the display panel.
STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTING FLEXIBLE FLAT CABLES
Power trunk conductors 30 of a trunk cable 12 and power branch conductors 37 of a branch cable 13 are electrically connected to each other by a first trunk-side bus bar 56, fuses, and a first branch-side bus bar 60. Signal trunk conductors 31 of the trunk cable 12 and signal branch conductors 38 of the branch cable 13 are electrically connected to each other by the relay bus bars 64.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ONE-PIECE CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A method of manufacturing a one-piece connector assembly includes following steps: S1: providing a first semi-finished product of the connector assembly, the first semi-finished product including a first connector, a second connector and a wire connecting the first connector and the second connector; S2: providing a molded first-half outer mold; S3: assembling the first semi-finished product and the first-half outer mold together to form a second semi-finished product; and S4: putting the second semi-finished product into a forming mold and forming a second-half outer mold, thereby achieving the one-piece connector assembly. As a result, it reduces the difficulty of each forming. In addition, since the wire can be covered and protected by the first-half outer mold, the wire bias during the second forming is not easy to occur and the yield of the product is improved.
TERMINAL-FREE CONNECTORS AND CIRCUITS COMPRISING TERMINAL-FREE CONNECTORS
Provided are terminal-free connectors for flexible interconnect circuits. A connector comprises a housing chamber defined by at least a first side wall and a second side wall oppositely positioned about the base. An edge support is positioned at each of the first side wall and the second side wall. The edge supports allow for precise placement of the flexible interconnect circuit inside the housing chamber. A cover piece is coupled to the base via a first hinge, and is configured to move between a released position and a clamped position. The cover piece includes a clamp portion securing the flexible interconnect circuit against the edge supports in the clamped position. A slider may be configured to move between an extended position and an inserted position within the housing chamber, and may include a convex upper surface configured to urge the flexible interconnect circuit upwards in the inserted position.
Fixing structure of cable to wiring substrate, and cable, and manufacturing method of cable
A transmission line includes an insulator as a base member, a transmission conductor, and a ground layer. A connector is provided at a wiring substrate to fix the transmission line. The transmission line includes a signal columnar conductor having a solid columnar shape integrated with the transmission conductor, and ground columnar conductors having solid columnar shapes integrated with the ground layer. The connector has a through hole corresponding to the signal columnar conductor, and through holes corresponding to the ground columnar conductors. Conductive films are respectively provided on the inner peripheral surfaces of the through holes. The signal columnar conductor is inserted into the through hole, and the ground columnar conductors are respectively inserted into the through holes.
Electrical connector for FFC/FPC
An electrical connector for receiving an FFC/FPC includes an insulating housing, a plurality of conductive terminals, a pair of retaining pins, and a metal cover. The insulating housing includes a main body and a pair of shoulder parts. Each shoulder part has a guiding bump, and a pre-pressing board. An oblique-entry space is formed between the guiding bump and the pre-pressing board. The pair of retaining pins are respectively fixed in the pair of shoulder parts. A bottom end of the retaining pin is exposed from the bottom surface of the insulating housing. The metal cover is slidably disposed on the top surface of the insulating housing, and includes a top pressing plate and a pair of side sliding rails. A front end of the top pressing plate has a pressing rib. The metal cover is movably arranged between an initial position and a pressed position.
CONNECTING METHOD, CONNECTING STRUCTURE, CONTACT AND CONNECTOR
A first connection portion is formed at an end portion of a flexible conductor by folding the end portion of the flexible conductor in halves along a folding line extending in a given direction, and a contact-side connection portion of a contact presses the first connection portion from opposite sides in a thickness direction of the first connection portion to thereby electrically connect the contact to the flexible conductor.
CONDUCTION STRUCTURE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A first sheet metal is provided with slits. Elastic pieces having flat shapes are each formed between the slits adjacent to each other. and both ends of each of the elastic pieces are connected with both ends of an adjacent one of the elastic pieces. A second sheet metal is provided with protrusions each of which is protruded toward a corresponding one of the elastic pieces.
Garment connector
A garment connector includes a connector body, one or more contacts held by the connector body, one or more conductive members held by the connector body and corresponding to the one or more contacts, and a connector fixation member in a sheet-like shape held by the connector body and extending to an exterior of the connector body, the garment connector being attached to a garment by fixing the connector fixation member to the garment at the exterior of the connector body.
Connector, circuit board assembly and connection structure
A connector includes a first connector portion having projection units and at least one locking portion situated between at least one pair of adjacent projection units, and a second connector portion having fitting hole units and at least one portion to be locked, each projection unit of the first connector portion being fitted into each fitting hole unit of the second connector portion as catching a first contact portion of a first circuit board and a second contact portion of a second circuit board that face to be overlapped on each other, the first contact portion and the second contact portion being electrically connected to each other between a lateral surface of each projection unit and an inner surface of each fitting hole unit, while each locking portion is caught on a corresponding portion to be locked.
