Tip structure of flat wire and method for manufacturing the tip structure
A slit having a predetermined width and a predetermined length is formed in a longitudinal direction from a middle of a distal edge of a tip of a flat wire. Next, one of a left strip and a right strip is brought upward and the other is brought downward, and then the left strip and the right strip vertically separated are laterally brought close to each other. Finally, the left strip and the right strip are vertically pressed to abut against each other.
Conductor module
A conductor module includes a wiring member, a plurality of bus bars, and a plurality of locking pieces. The wiring member is formed in a film shape with flexibility, and a plurality of wirings and through-holes are formed therein. The bus bar is electrically connected to one of two electrode terminals. The two through-holes are formed in a first opposing region opposing one end face between both end faces of the bus bar opposing each other in a width direction of the bus bar with an electrical connection portion where the bus bar and the wiring are electrically connected interposed therebetween when viewed from the width direction. The locking piece is formed integrally with the bus bar, is arranged in the through-hole, has a distal end positioned radially outward of the through-hole when viewed from an axial direction of the through-hole, and fixes the bus bar to the wiring member.
Systems and methods for flat cable installation
A device is provided for aligning a ribbon cable relative to an electrical connector to crimp the electrical connector onto the ribbon cable with a tool. The device includes a side portion and a central piece. The side portion includes an upper end and a cable track having a width sized to receive the ribbon cable. The central piece is coupled to the side portion and includes an upper surface. The upper surface of the central piece and the upper end of the side portion at least partially define a connector retaining segment sized to receive the electrical connector.

CONNECTOR
The connector includes a conductive plug contact, a bottom insulator, and a conductive inner contact, the inner contact including a retaining portion retained in a recessed portion of the plug contact, an elastically deformable flat plate portion facing a bottom surface of a flange of the plug contact, a plurality of top surface-side projections projecting toward the bottom surface of the flange from a top surface of the flat plate portion, and a plurality of bottom surface-side projections projecting toward a support surface of the bottom insulator from a bottom surface of the flat plate portion separately at positions different from positions of the top surface-side projections, part of a sheet type connection object having a conductor exposed on at least one surface thereof being sandwiched between the bottom surface of the flange of the plug contact and the top surface-side projections of the inner contact.
Crimp terminal-equipped flexible printed circuit board and method for manufacturing same
A crimp terminal-equipped flexible printed circuit board includes: a first flexible printed circuit board having a base film and a circuit provided on a surface of the base film and made of metal foil; multiple crimp terminals including crimp pieces crimped to penetrate the first flexible printed circuit board and bent to bite into part of the circuit; and an insulating reinforcing film partially integrally provided on an area of the base film where the multiple crimp pieces penetrate.

Ribbon cable connector with a clamping device
A ribbon cable connector is fixed at an end of a ribbon cable. The ribbon cable has a plurality of electrical conductors extending parallel and distanced to one another. The ribbon cable connector includes an insertion slot extending in a plugging direction and receiving the ribbon cable, a plurality of contact element receptacles extending parallel and distanced to one another, a plurality of structures in the insertion slot extending parallel to one another and aligned with the contact element receptacles, and a clamping device configured to clamp the ribbon cable in the insertion slot. An end of the insertion slot inside of the ribbon cable connector adjoins the contact element receptacles in the plugging direction. The structures are each separated from one another by a partition wall.
CONNECTOR
A connector includes a plug contact having a tubular portion extending along a fitting axis with a recessed portion formed therein and a flange extending from an end portion of the tubular portion in a direction orthogonal to the fitting axis, and an inner contact part of which is inserted in the recessed portion, the inner contact including a retaining portion contacting with an inner surface of the recessed portion to be electrically connected to the plug contact, a connecting portion facing a rear surface of the flange, and a spring portion joining the connecting portion to the retaining portion so as to be elastically displaceable along the fitting axis.
Electrical Connection Assembly and Electrical Connection Device
An electrical connection assembly includes a first insulator, a first connection terminal fixed to the first insulator and including a first press fitting part and a first connection part, and a flexible connection member including a connection conductor. The first connection part is connected to a first end of the connection conductor to be electrically connected to the flexible connection member. The first press fitting part is pressed into a first hole of a first circuit board to be electrically connected to the first circuit board.
