Printed circuit board plug device having a pre-adjusting device which serves as a locking device
A direct plug device for directly plugging into a printed circuit board, the direct plug device comprising a plug element that comprises an accommodating housing and at least one pluggable, in particular spring-like, contact element accommodated at it; and a plug element receptacle which is designed to at least partially accommodate the plug element, which comprises a locking device and which can be moved relative to the plug element between a contact element-remote state and a contact element-proximal state; wherein the plug element comprises at least one pre-adjusting structure which is to be arranged at the side of the printed circuit board and which, when the plug element is placed onto the printed circuit board, can be connected to at least one corresponding pre-adjusting structure of the printed circuit board in such a way that, in the connected state, the at least one contact element is aligned with at least one correspondingly designed contact element opening of the printed circuit board; and wherein the plug element receptacle can be displaced relative to the plug element, which is placed on the circuit board in a pre-adjusted manner, from the contact element-remote state to the contact element-proximal state in such a way that thereby the locking device and the pre-adjusting structure of the plug element are commonly locked to the pre-adjusting structure of the printed circuit board.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD WITH ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS
An electrical connector mountable to a substrate (e.g. a Printed Circuit Board, PCB) can include a terminal housing having a front wall and an opposing back wall. An opening is provided in the front wall for receiving a plug inside the terminal housing, opposing side walls, and a top wall and an opposing bottom wall. The bottom wall has an inner surface facing the inside of the terminal housing and an outer surface facing away from the inside of the terminal housing. The outer surface (can have at least two retention pins projecting from the outer surface for being inserted into corresponding holes in the PCB. A first retention pin can be positioned on the outer surface so as to be arranged asymmetrically with respect to a second retention pin.
BOARD TO BOARD CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY FOR HF SIGNAL TRANSMISSION
A board to board connector assembly (1) includes a first connector (2) suitable to be arranged on a first printed circuit board (3) and a second connector (4) suitable to be arranged on a second printed circuit board (5). An adapter (6) is arranged in a mounted position between and interconnected to the first and the second connector (2, 4). The adapter (6) includes an adapter inner conductor (7) and an adapter outer conductor (8). The adapter outer conductor (8) is arranged separate from the adapter inner conductor (7) and comprises a bore (18) in which the adapter inner conductor (7) is arranged.
Direct plug-in connector and direct plug-in connection
The invention relates to a direct plug-in connector for making electrical contact with printed circuit boards, comprising a housing and at least one contact, which is connected to the housing, for insertion into a first passage opening of a printed circuit board, which first passage opening is electrically conductive on the inner wall, wherein at least one latching device for securing the housing on the printed circuit board is provided, wherein the latching device has at least one elastically resilient latching arm which is integrally connected to the housing and has a latching projection in the region of its free end, wherein the latching arm and the housing are separated by means of an intermediate space which runs perpendicularly to a supporting face of the direct plug-in connector on the printed circuit board and in a straight line.
BOARD-TO-BOARD CONNECTOR
A connector includes a flat-plate housing made of insulating resin and including a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole, a plurality of contacts held on the housing, and a first hold-down and a second hold-down made of metal and disposed to correspond to a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole, respectively. The housing includes a CPU board opposed surface to be opposed to a CPU board. The first hold-down includes a reinforcing plate part to cover the CPU board opposed surface around the corresponding first positioning hole. The second hold-down includes a reinforcing plate part to cover the CPU board opposed surface around the corresponding second positioning hole.
Interconnect system having retention features
Interconnect systems having anti-backout latches and securement members are disclosed.
Board-to-board connector
A connector includes a rectangular flat-plate housing including a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole, and a contact row and a contact row held on the housing. The housing includes a first pitch side surface and a second pitch side surface on an opposite side of the first pitch side surface. The contact row and the contact row extend from the first pitch side surface to the second pitch side surface. The first positioning hole is disposed between the first pitch side surface and the contact row, and the second positioning hole is disposed between the first pitch side surface and the contact row.
Electronic device having a positioning assembly having a guide bar and an elastic component
An electronic device includes a first connection module, a second connection module, and a positioning assembly. The positioning assembly includes a guide pin, a guide post, a guide bar, and an elastic component. The guide pin is fixed on a first surface of the first connection module, and the guide post is fixed on a second surface of the second module. The electronic device includes a positioning assembly which serves to position components during the installation of the electronic device. The positioning assembly provides space for positional adjustment to the first component and the second component and the elasticity of the elastic component avoids crushing or handling damage to the first component and the second component.
