A locator is for aligning cables which are configured to be connected with a circuit board having an accommodated portion. The locator comprises at least a main portion which extends in a pitch direction. The main portion is, at least in part, formed with at least one circuit board accommodating portion. The main portion is formed with at least one first through hole and at least one second through hole which is different from the first through hole. The at least one circuit board accommodating portion is configured to accommodate the accommodated portion of the circuit board. The at least one circuit board accommodating portion opens at least forward in a front-rear direction perpendicular to the pitch direction. In the pitch direction, the at least one first through hole is provided at a location which is different from a location of the circuit board accommodating portion.

A method of manufacturing a circuit board assembly may include providing a circuit board, providing a terminal header having a plurality of terminals, providing a connection matrix to at least one of the circuit board and the terminal header, providing a matrix connector, connecting the terminal header with the circuit board via the matrix connector and the connection matrix, and connecting the plurality of terminals to the circuit board.

A connector includes an insulating body and a terminal assembly. Where the terminal assembly includes a plurality of conductive terminals that are disposed side by side in the insulating body; a front end of each of the plurality of conductive terminals protrudes to form a first contact point and a second contact point, which are along a docking direction of the connector spaced apart on a same side of the each of the plurality of conductive terminals in sequence; and after the connector is docked with a docking connector, both the first contact point and the corresponding second contact point abut on a same docking terminal of the docking connector.
