Buckle device
A buckle device includes a seat body, a belt body having saw-toothed sections, and a control member. An actuating portion and a linkage portion of the control member are pivotally connected to the seat body through a rotating shaft. The actuating portion and the linkage portion are provided with a first return elastic member and a second return elastic member, respectively. The tops and the bottoms of the actuating portion and the linkage portion are provided with raised blocks and raised teeth to engage with the saw-toothed sections, respectively. The user can pull the actuating portion with one hand for the raised teeth of the actuating portion and the linkage portion to disengage from the saw-toothed sections.
Strap tie-down assembly with lock
A strap tie-down assembly for adjustably binding a strap includes opposed first and second handles pivoted to each other about an axle configured to windably receive a strap for binding. A lock is mounted in the assembly for movement between a locked position, in which the lock prevents movement of the axle, and an unlocked position, in which the lock allows movement of the axle.
Ratchet belt system and related accessories
A ratchet belt system including a belt having a notch strip extending along a portion of the length thereof. The notch strip is formed of a plurality of adjacent notches, each being configured to engage a ratcheting tab of an associated buckle. In an embodiment, the tab is coupled to a release lever that is oriented toward a receptacle portion of the buckle for ergonomically improving the release mechanics. In another embodiment the belt comprises a first notch strip about a first surface of the belt and a second notch strip about a second surface of the belt opposite of the first surface. Other improvements include accessories configured to engage with the ratchet belt system for display and storage thereof.
RATCHET CLAMP BLOCK AND METHOD OF USE
The disclosure of the present invention relates to a clamp block or more specifically to a clamp block having an integrated ratcheting retainer strap mechanism. The ratchet clamp block configured to secure longer stock items and is particularly configured to secure items having a long irregular or cylindrical cross-section.
LACE RATCHETING DEVICE II
Various configurations of Lace Ratchet Device (LRD) enables easy lace fastening and release. The LRD has two positions: active and inactive. In the active position the device works as a lace ratchet i.e. allowing the lace to be pulled forwards but blocks any lace motion backwards. After fastening the lace remains fastened until the LRD is switched into inactive position by pressing a lever. Each LRD has a turning gate with front end with sharp edge, rotatably installed in a channel. A preloaded helical torque spring keeps the LRD in active position when the lever is not pressed. Unlike prevalent lace fasteners with serrated surfaces, which cause accelerated lace wear, LRD's smooth front edge side and channel surfaces minimize lace wear. Parallel and triangular configurations of LRD pairs facilitates lace fastening of footwear, serving as Ratchet Buckles. Single LRDs can be used for fastening of garments and other objects.
Tool operated adjustment devices, fit systems, and line tensioning systems
A tool-operated adjustment device includes a housing supporting a rotatable spool that is operably coupled to a tension line. The spool is configured to rotate about a first axis in a first direction to wind the tension line, and to rotate in a second direction opposite the first direction to unwind the tension line. The device includes a socket pivotally coupled to the housing and configured to rotate about a second axis. The socket is selectively coupled to the spool to drive rotation of the spool in the first direction. The socket is configured to removably connect and disconnect to a tool configured to rotate the socket about the second axis. The device includes a release mechanism that is configured to selectively release the spool such that the spool is free to rotate in either the first or second direction in response to manual forces applied to the release mechanism.
Strap adjuster device
The invention relates to an adjuster device (1) for adjusting the length and fastening of a web type strap (12), and in particular to an adjuster device (1) intended to be used together with a child restraint harness as part of a child vehicle seat. The adjuster device according to the invention allows, when the adjuster is in the open, release position, the strap to be easily pulled and freely move through the adjuster in both directions whereas the strap, when the adjuster is in the closed, fastening position, is securely fastened (without any risk for slippage) while still allowing the strap to be easily tightened by pulling the strap in one direction only. The present device does not cause wear and tear of the web, prevents slippage and is easy to use.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AN INLINE DUAL CAM TENSIONING DEVICE
A flat strap holding apparatus includes a chassis and a first and second rotating hub that rotate in the interior of the chassis. The interior of the chassis being bounded by two opposing side walls of the chassis and a plurality of cross bars adjoined to the side walls. The chassis has a first and second end, each end containing the first and second rotating hub. A gripping surface of each rotating hub is proximate to a first and second gripping area in the interior of the chassis residing on the plurality of chassis cross bars. The first and second grip areas are arranged approximately orthogonal to one another. The first and second rotating hubs are arranged to rotate towards and away from the first and second gripping areas.
RATCHET BELT SYSTEM AND RELATED ACCESSORIES
A ratchet belt system comprises a belt having a notch strip extending along a portion of the length thereof.
