A top portion of the retainer member of the electrical female terminal, located above the two-bodied spring, has a dimple portion. The terminal face or leading end portion of the electrical female terminal is prevented from damaging or cutting a silicone seal. The overstress feature of the tang member of the lever is improved upon by relocating and reshaping the protruding member thereof. The configuration or shape of the cross-section across the upper portion and the support member at the front end portion of the main body of the electrical female terminal is substantially U-shaped. The configuration or shape of the cross-section across the attached end portion of the lever member of the electrical female terminal is also substantially U-shaped. The electrical female terminal is formed as a continuous and contiguous single construction having included therein at least the main body, the two-bodied spring, and the wire fastening portion and/or the lever member (or tang member), along with the neck member that joins the main body and the wire fastening portion.

The present disclosure proposes a board-to-board connector terminal and a connector. The board-to-board connector terminal comprises: a male connector terminal including a first part; and a female connector terminal including a second part, wherein in the case of the male connector terminal and the female connector terminal adaptively installed, the male connector terminal is in contact with the female connector terminal; when the male connector terminal is detached from the female connector terminal, the second part abuts against the first part to prevent the male connector terminal being detached from the female connector terminal; in the case of the male connector terminal forcibly detached from the female connector terminal, the first part pushes the second part to cause the second part to be peeled off, such that the female connector terminal is damaged and does not work properly. With the above-mentioned technical solution, the first part cooperates with the second part to enable the female connector to be damaged after the male connector is detached from the female connector, thereby preventing multiple times of plugging of the connector.

A female terminal is provided with a tube portion and a spring piece to be arranged inside the tube portion. The tube portion has an opening end, through which a male terminal is inserted, and a first inner surface and a second inner surface facing each other across the spring piece. The spring piece is cantilevered and supported on the first inner surface. The spring piece has a front side region configured to face the male terminal, a back side region to be arranged on the side of the first inner surface and at least one protrusion provided in the back side region. The protrusion locally projects toward the first inner surface.

Power supply

A power supply includes a cover body, a metal plate, a metal clip, a circuit board and a housing. The metal plate is partially disposed in a first space of the cover body. The metal clip is disposed in the first space and electrically connected to the metal plate, and includes an upper spring piece, a lower spring piece and a connecting piece. The connecting piece has a fixing portion corresponding to a gap between the upper and lower spring pieces. The circuit board includes an input portion and an output portion. The input portion is disposed in the gap, and has a protruding part for engaging with the fixing portion. The housing includes an output interface and an opening communicating with an accommodating space of the housing. The cover body is connected to the opening. The output interface is electrically connected to the output portion.

ELECTRIC CONNECTING DEVICE

An electric connecting device includes an insulator with a front end abutting surface and a rear end mounting surface, a terminal module and a USB plugging module in the insulator. A first plugging cavity and a second plugging cavity distributed in a horizontal direction and a guide hole between them are arranged in the insulator. The first plugging cavity and the second plugging cavity forwardly penetrate through the front end abutting surface and form a round interface and a USB interface respectively. By simultaneously providing the two plugging cavities on the insulator, two different plugging functions can be satisfied. The transmission of a DC power supply and the transmission of a USB signal are realized at the same time. The integrated structure can reduce the occupation of a circuit board space and the assembly cost of the product.

ELECTRIC CONNECTING DEVICE

An electric connecting device includes an insulator with a front end abutting surface and a rear end mounting surface, a terminal module and a USB plugging module in the insulator. A first plugging cavity and a second plugging cavity distributed in a horizontal direction and a guide hole between them are arranged in the insulator.
