A card connector, a card holder, and a terminal device, where the card connector includes a plurality of first terminals and one or more second terminals. The first terminals are arranged to form a first card access area that installs a first card, and the first terminals are configured to be electrically coupled to the first card. The one or more second terminals are distributed on a periphery of the first card access area, the first terminals and the one or more second terminals form a second card access area that installs a second card, and the first terminals and the one or more second terminals are configured to be electrically coupled to the second card.

Electrical connector with structure for reducing resonances

An electrical connector includes a housing and a pair of contact wafers. Each contact wafer includes an insulative plate and a plurality of contacts. The contacts include a plurality of grounding contacts and plural differential-pair contacts. Each contact includes a contacting section extending beyond a front edge of the plate, a tail section exposed outside of a bottom edge of the plate and a connecting section linked between the contacting section and the tail section. The plate includes a plurality of first through holes formed along the connecting section of each grounding contact, and a plurality of second through holes formed along the connecting sections of each pair of the differential-pair contacts. The first through holes and the second through hole are essentially offset from each other in both the first direction and the second direction which are perpendicular to each other.

Electrical assembly

An electrical assembly includes a circuit board, a shunt busbar; a connector including a first conductive resilient member and a second conductive resilient member, and a controller. The first conductive resilient member and the second conductive resilient member may be disposed substantially between the circuit board and the shunt busbar. The first conductive resilient member and the second conductive resilient member may electrically connect the controller with the shunt busbar.

FLOATING CONNECTOR

A floating connector comprises a movable housing, a regulating member and a plurality of contacts. Each of the contacts is made of a single metal plate. Each of the contacts has a fixed portion, a regulated portion, a held portion, an extending portion, a contact portion and a coupling portion. The coupling portion is resiliently deformable. The movable housing is movable within a predetermined range in a plane perpendicular to an up-down direction by the resilient deformation of the coupling portion. The coupling portion has a first portion, a second portion and a bent portion. Each of the first portion and second portion has a principal surface. The principal surface of the first portion faces in a first direction. The principal surface of the second portion faces in a second direction. The first direction and the second direction are different from each other.

In the gap forming portion, a concave portion is provided between a first end portion and a second end portion, and is configured to have a gap between the concave portion and the component mounting surface when the base portion is soldered on the component mounting surface in a state in which the concave portion and the component mounting surface are oriented in directions facing each other.
