SMART KEY FOR VEHICLE
A smart key for a vehicle includes: a base part; a first terminal part coupled to the base part and which makes contact with a first electrode of a battery so as to be electrically connected to the battery; a second terminal part disposed facing the first terminal part to form an insertion part where the battery is inserted and which makes contact with a second electrode of the battery to be electrically connected to the battery; a separation prevention part which extends from the second terminal to the base part and which abuts the side surface of the battery to prevent the battery from separating from the insertion part; and a pressure applying part which is connected to the second terminal part so as to enable contact with the battery and which maintains contact between the battery and the separation prevention part by an elastic restoring force.
ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY
An electrical assembly includes a circuit board, a shunt busbar; a connector including a first conductive resilient member and a second conductive resilient member, and a controller. The first conductive resilient member and the second conductive resilient member may be disposed substantially between the circuit board and the shunt busbar. The first conductive resilient member and the second conductive resilient member may electrically connect the controller with the shunt busbar.
CONTACT ARRAY FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
A receptacle connector assembly includes a receptacle cage mounted to a circuit board having walls defining a cavity including a module channel that receives a pluggable module. The receptacle connector assembly includes a communication connector received in the cavity and mounted to the circuit board. The communication connector has a housing holding a contact array including ground and signal contacts extending between mating and mounting ends of the housing. The ground contacts have ground mating ends and ground mounting ends including compliant pins press-fit into plated vias of the circuit board. The signal contacts have signal mating ends and signal mounting ends including deflectable spring beams deflected against the circuit board when the communication connector is mounted to the circuit board.
Electrical connector with hybrid contact set
An electrical connector includes a plurality of contact units each having a first part and a second part mechanically and electrically connected to each other wherein the first part provides the spring contacting section for performing the superior mechanical resiliency while the second part provides the mounting section soldered upon the printed circuit board and configured to lower the impedance compared with the first part and provide strong retention thereof.
BOARD-TO-BOARD CONNECTOR
A connector includes a flat-plate housing made of insulating resin and including a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole, a plurality of contacts held on the housing, and a first hold-down and a second hold-down made of metal and disposed to correspond to a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole, respectively. The housing includes a CPU board opposed surface to be opposed to a CPU board. The first hold-down includes a reinforcing plate part to cover the CPU board opposed surface around the corresponding first positioning hole. The second hold-down includes a reinforcing plate part to cover the CPU board opposed surface around the corresponding second positioning hole.
CONNECTOR
A connector includes a flat-plate housing made of insulating resin and a contact held on a housing by press-fitting. The housing includes a press-fitting space and a solder connection checking hole. The contact includes a press-fit part to be press-fit into the press-fitting space, and a soldering part that extends from the press-fit part and is connected by soldering to a pad of an input-output board. The solder connection checking hole is formed to penetrate the housing in the vertical direction and allow a solder fillet, which is formed when the soldering part is soldered to the pad of the input-output board, to be checked through the solder connection checking hole. The housing includes a separating wall that separates the press-fitting space from the solder connection checking hole.
BOARD-TO-BOARD CONNECTOR
A connector includes a rectangular flat-plate housing including a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole, and a contact row and a contact row held on the housing. The housing includes a first pitch side surface and a second pitch side surface on an opposite side of the first pitch side surface. The contact row and the contact row extend from the first pitch side surface to the second pitch side surface. The first positioning hole is disposed between the first pitch side surface and the contact row, and the second positioning hole is disposed between the first pitch side surface and the contact row.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector includes an insulating body, and multiple terminals accommodated therein. Each terminal has a connecting portion, two side portions bending backward and extending from left and right sides of the connecting portion, two extending portions provided opposite to each other and extending downward from the two side portions, and two embracing arms connected to lower ends of the two extending portions. The two embracing arms jointly embrace a solder ball, which has a first vertical central plane in a front-rear direction. The two embracing arms are located on two sides of the first vertical central plane. A distance between the front ends of the two embracing arms is less than a distance between the rear ends of the two embracing arms of each terminal. The front ends of the two embracing arms are attached with solder liquid formed by melting of the solder ball during soldering.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector includes an insulating body and multiple terminals accommodated in the insulating body. Each terminal has a base portion, a strip connecting portion extending upward from the base portion to be connected to a strip, and an elastic arm extending from the base portion. The elastic arm has a first tearing edge torn from the strip connecting portion, a second tearing edge torn from the strip, and a blanking edge blanked from the strip. The second tearing edge or the blanking edge has a dividing point. When each terminal is connected to the strip and expanded in a same vertical plane, the dividing point and a top point of the first tearing edge are vertically aligned. After the elastic arm is formed by bending, the dividing point and the first tearing edge are both located at a back side of the strip connecting portion.
Contact
A contact includes a thin plate member having elasticity and conductivity, is disposed between a first member and a second member, and electrically connects the first member and the second member via the thin plate member, and the contact includes a base portion and a movable portion. The base portion has a bonding surface to be bonded to the first member by soldering. The movable portion includes: a contact portion that contacts with the second member; and a connecting portion that connects to the base portion, and is configured to be elastically deformable with respect to the base portion. The connecting portion is gradually separated from the first member. A predetermined range from a connecting position of the connecting portion with the base portion is lower in solder wettability than the bonding surface.
