An electrical connection structure according to the present disclosure includes a glass plate, a power supply part formed on the glass plate, a connection terminal including a base part facing the glass plate, and a spring member disposed between the power supply part and the base part and configured to electrically connect the power supply part to the base part. The spring member includes a fixing part, a curved part, and contact parts. The curved part includes branch parts branched by a slit. The contact part is disposed at each of end parts of the branch parts. The contact parts are in contact with the base part independently of each other. The curved part is in contact with the power supply part at a part protruding toward the glass plate.

Contact Element, Electrical Connector and Electrical Connector Assembly

A contact element includes a frame and a contact spring fixed to the frame. The frame has a first region and a second region opposite the first region. The second region is spaced apart from the first region by a gap. The contact spring has a fixed end fixed to the first region of the frame and a free end opposite the fixed end. The contact spring extends from the first region across the gap to the second region. The free end of the contact spring overlaps the second region.

BOARD-LIKE CONNECTOR, DUAL-ARM BRIDGE OF BOARD-LIKE CONNECTOR, AND WAFER TESTING ASSEMBLY

A board-like connector, a dual-arm bridge of a board-like connector, and a wafer testing assembly are provided. The board-like connector includes a plurality of dual-arm bridges spaced apart from each other and an insulating layer. Each of the dual-arm bridges includes a carrier, a first cantilever, a second cantilever, a first abutting column, and a second abutting column, the latter two of which extend from the first and second cantilevers along two opposite directions. The first cantilever and the second cantilever extend from and are coplanar with the carrier. The insulating layer connects the carriers of the dual-arm bridges. The first abutting column and second abutting column of each of the dual-arm bridges respectively protrude from two opposite sides of the insulating layer, and are configured to abut against two boards, respectively.

Electrical connector with stacked conductive sheet terminals

An electrical connector includes a plurality of sheet terminals each having a main body and at least a pair of cantilevers. Each pair of the cantilevers extends from at least one of a first side and an opposite second side of the main body and has a pair of contact portions protruding toward each other inside a pair of free ends of the pair of cantilevers. The plurality of sheet terminals are assembled together in a stacked manner and a receiving chamber with an insertion opening is formed between the pair of cantilevers of the plurality of sheet terminals.

Electrical contact element comprising a carrier strip and a plurality of contact parts

A contact element (1) for establishing electric contact between two contact pieces (K1, K2) comprises a support strip (2) extending in a longitudinal direction (L) as well as a plurality of contact parts (5, 5a, 5b), each of which has a first contact section (6) for contacting one of the two contact pieces (K1, K2), a second contact section (7) for contacting the other one of the two contact pieces (K2, K1), and a fastening section (8) for securing the contact part (5, 5a, 5b) to the support strip (2).

A connector with increased durability is provided. A connector includes a mount electrically connected to a battery management unit configured to manage voltages of a plurality of battery cells; a first clip terminal and a second clip terminal configured to be elastically deformable and configure to contact a counterpart connection terminal; and a terminal housing including a side wall configured to electrically insulate the first clip terminal and the second clip terminal from an outside, wherein each of the first clip terminal and the second clip terminal includes a connection portion having a part configured to contact the counterpart connection terminal inserted between the first clip terminal and the second clip terminal; and a support portion extending from the connection portion and configured to be supported by the sidewall of the terminal housing.

TERMINAL POSITION ASSURANCE DEVICE WITH SEALING

A terminal position assurance member for use with an electrical connector. The terminal position assurance member includes a rigid frame member and one or more compressible seals. The rigid frame member extends from a conduct receiving surface of the terminal position assurance member to a connector mating surface of the terminal position assurance member. The one or more compressible seals cooperate with the rigid frame member to provide sealing between the rigid frame member, a housing of the electrical connector and conductors inserted into the terminal position assurance member. Any insertion force applied to the conductor receiving surface of the rigid frame member will be translated through the rigid frame member to one or more terminals of the electrical connector, allowing the one or more seals to remain compressible to provide the sealing characteristics required.

CONNECTOR

In connectors including a housing having a separation wall, an impedance of a portion of a terminal in close proximity to the separation wall is suppressed from dropping excessively.

Housings of the connector include a separation wall positioned between adjacent terminals. The separation wall includes a one-side opposing face and an other-side opposing face. Furthermore, the separation wall is formed between the one-side opposing face and the other-side opposing face, and includes a gap portion positioned between the adjacent terminals.

CONNECTOR

A connector is provided that includes a terminal for which, taking a plate width direction of a first retained portion as a first plate width direction, a plate thickness direction of a second retained portion faces in a direction intersecting with a flat plane perpendicular to the first plate width direction, and that is easy to manufacture and is applicable to high speed transmission.
