An electrical connector includes at least one conductive terminal mounted to a housing. The conductive terminal has a body, two elastic arms formed by extending upward from the body, a conducting portion connected below the body and having a strip connecting portion to be connected to a first strip, and a connecting portion provided at an upper end of the body to be connected to a second strip to assist mounting and located between the two elastic arms. A method for manufacturing the electrical connector includes: forming at least one conductive terminal and a first strip connected thereto; connecting a second strip to the connecting portion of the conductive terminal; disconnecting the conducting portion of the conductive terminal and the first strip; operating the second strip to control the conductive terminal to be mounted to a housing; and releasing a control force of the second strip onto the conductive terminal.

The present disclosure provides, in one aspect, an autonomous cleaning robot including a body, a drive operable to move the body across a floor surface, and a circuit board mounted below an upper surface of the body of the autonomous cleaning robot. The autonomous cleaning robot also includes one or more electrical contacts, a base of each electrical contact being mounted on the circuit board and a contact tip of each electrical contact being configured to protrude through a corresponding opening in the upper surface, wherein each electrical contact comprises a double curved structure to allow the electrical contact to be vertically flexible. The autonomous cleaning robot also includes a hinged lid including one or more contact pads, the one or more contact pads being configured to contact corresponding electrical contacts protruding through the upper surface as the lid is opened or closed.

The present invention discloses a speaker which has a frame formed by side walls, a vibrating system and two conductive terminals. Each of the conductive terminal includes a soldering sheet, an extending arm, a connecting arm bending and extending from the extending arm and arranged on opposite to the soldering sheet, an elastic arm, and a contacting hook. The two extending arms respectively extend from the two soldering sheets at the sides away from each other. The two connecting arms respectively extend from the two extending arms towards the direction close to each other, and the elastic arms are arranged spaced from the side walls. Compared with the related art, the conductive terminals of the speaker of the present invention have the advantages of strong working elasticity and long service life.

The present disclosure relates to a movable socket assembly. The movable socket assembly may include a housing, a plug part installed in said housing, a plurality of elastic conducting contact points formed on said plug part, and an adjusting mechanism for positioning the plug part out of the housing so that the plug part can be removably inserted into an external power outlet. The housing may further include a first housing and a second housing, and the second housing can retract into the first housing to extend the flat insertion piece out of the housing through an opening of the second housing.

The retaining portion fits with the at least one accommodating slot to retain the terminal in the insulating body. A conducting portion extends downward from the second base to be conductively connected with the circuit board.

The contacts each have a contact beam projecting outwardly from a first surface of the housing and a retained portion disposed in a passageway in the flat plate portion. The contact beam extends from the retained portion. The retained portion has a base portion with a flat-plate shape and a pair of side portions extending at an angle with respect to the base portion on a pair of opposite sides of the base portion. A cross-section of the retained portion parallel to the first surface has a U-shape.
