MALE BUCKLING COMPONENT FOR MAGNETIC BUCKLING ASSEMBLY
A male buckling component for a magnetic buckling assembly. The male buckling component comprises a male locking portion having a column structure. The male locking portion comprises an abutting structure at an end of the column structure, and a male engaging structure adjacent to the abutting structure and formed around a circumference of the column structure. An installation chamber is formed inside the male locking portion, and a male magnetic component is installed into the installation chamber so that the male magnetic component is inside the male locking portion of the male buckling component.
Electronic seatbelt
A seatbelt buckle that includes a housing, an attracting member, an attractable element, and a plate adapted to retain a seatbelt clip within the housing. The member, the element, and the plate may be carried by the housing. The buckle is adapted so that when the member is electronically actuated, the element causes the plate to move toward the member and thereby release the clip.
Magnetic buckling assembly
A magnetic buckling assembly includes a male buckling component, a female buckling component, a first locking portion, a second locking portion, an operating component, a first magnetic component and a second magnetic component. The first magnetic component magnetically attracts or magnetically repulses the second magnetic component during a connecting process of the male buckling component and the female buckling component along a connecting direction. The first magnetic component magnetically attracts the second magnetic component for preventing separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component or magnetically repulses the second magnetic component for promoting the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component when the operating component is operated to disengage the first locking portion from the second locking portion for allowing the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component.
MAGNETIC BUCKLING ASSEMBLY
A magnetic buckling assembly includes a male buckling component, a female buckling component, a first locking portion, a second locking portion, an operating component, a first magnetic component, a second magnetic component and a clearance structure. The clearance structure allows the second locking portion to slide an offsetting position for preventing the separation of the male buckling component and the female buckling component after engagement of the first locking portion and the second locking portion.
Seat belt buckle release assist device
An independent buckle release assist device that is a shaped lever that allows a user to gain mechanical advantage to release a typical seat belt release button. The device uses the seat restraint as a leverage point to create the mechanical advantage required to reduce the force of actuating the button. The release assist device is also designed to both stay mounted at least partially around the seat restraint and to be removably mounted to the seat restraint.
TAMPER GUARD
Provided is a tamper guard for a child safety seat. The tamper guard comprises an upper portion configured as a hollow prism or cylinder, and a lower portion connected to the upper portion. The lower portion is comprised of a quadrilateral top face having an opening of similar cross-section to the hollow prism or cylinder, and an integral retainer located below the quadrilateral top face. The lower portion is configured to receive a buckle of the child safety seat within a space defined by the quadrilateral top face and the retainer. The retainer is configured to retain the buckle with in the space. Additionally, the upper portion and the lower portion cooperate to form a continuous opening from a distal opening of the hollow prism or cylinder to the opening of the top face, the continuous opening configured to display and allow access to a quick release mechanism.
WEBBING-BUCKLING DEVICE OF A MULTI-POINT SEAT BELT SYSTEM
A webbing-buckling device of a multi-point seat belt system has a buckle assembly and a tongue assembly. The buckle assembly has a buckle base having a first frame portion and a webbing-locking member slidably inserted through the first frame portion. The tongue assembly is disposed on the buckle assembly and has a tongue base having a second frame portion and a webbing-fixing member slidably inserted through the second frame portion. One of two webbings is inserted between the first frame portion and the webbing-locking member, and the other webbing is inserted between the second frame portion and the webbing-fixing member. Alternatively, the webbing-buckling device has a buckle assembly and two tongue assemblies disposed on the buckle assembly. Each tongue assembly has a tongue base having a second frame portion and a webbing-fixing member inserted through the second frame portion. The webbings are inserted through the tongue assemblies.
HARNESS SYSTEM WITH A BUCKLE RESTRAINING FUNCTION
A harness system with a buckle restraining function includes an upper buckle, an upper strap and a restraining assembly. The upper strap slidably passes through the upper buckle, and the upper strap includes a shoulder portion and a waist portion divided by the upper buckle. The restraining assembly utilizes an anti-sliding structure having a higher coefficient of friction to engage with the upper strap and further utilizes a stopping component to abut against the upper buckle. Therefore, the present invention can effectively restrain a sliding movement of the upper buckle relative to the upper strap and toward the shoulder portion by engagement of the anti-sliding structure and the upper strap and abutment of the stopping component and the upper buckle, which prevents an excessive decrease of a length of the shoulder portion of the upper strap and prevents a potential risk of injury of the passenger's upper body.
ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM
An adjustment system comprises a strap and an adjustment buckle configured to adjust the strap. The adjustment buckle comprises a body defining a first through hole and a second through hole extending over the thickness of the body. A partitioning wall is fixed to the body. The partitioning wall separates the first through hole and the second through hole in a first direction perpendicular to the thickness of the body. The strap makes a loop inside the body and passes round the partitioning wall. A cover is fixed to the body and installed facing the partitioning wall. The cover and the partitioning wall are separated by a larger distance than the thickness of the strap.
