A shutter assembly for a tamper-resistant electrical receptacle includes a shutter, a base clip, and a spring. The shutter is coupled at one end by the spring to the rear side of an individual outlet cover of the electrical receptacle, and two multi-sloped blocking mechanisms of the shutter block access to the live electrical terminals from the hot and neutral slots of the outlet cover when a plug is not inserted into the outlet. The shutter comprises a fulcrum that rests on the base clip, which allows one end of the shutter to interlock with divots formed in the rear side of the outlet cover and the other end of the shutter to interlock with the base clip in order to prevent access to the live electrical terminals when an object is inserted into only one of the hot or neutral slots of the individual outlet cover, or when an object is inserted into the outlet cover at a tilted angle.

A pressing force of the mating connector, whose fitting tip end portion is moved to a position facing the front opening, acts on a lever front end portion of the rotation lever so as to rotate the rotation lever, and thus the shutter is rotated by the interlocking rotation mechanism so as to open the front opening.

The present application provides a pass-through plug, including: a first housing, comprising a plurality of sockets; a second housing, configured to be connected with the first housing; and a tamper resistant assembly, trapped between the first housing and the second housing and configured to selectively block the plurality of sockets when the plurality of sockets are not simultaneously operated. The provided pass-through plug can reduce the potential risk of people accidentally inserting conductive objects into the socket holes.

CONNECTOR

A cover portion of the cap includes: a first cover portion provided with a rotating shaft; a second cover portion adjacent to the first cover portion and provided with a rail pin; and a connection portion that rotatably connects the first cover portion and the second cover portion to each other. The rail pin is configured to move along a rail in response to the contact portion being pressed and/or released by the projecting portion.
