Movable connector
A connector includes a first housing, a second housing connectable to the first housing, and a lever rotatably supported on the first housing. The lever includes a lever lock portion for holding the first and second housings in a connected state. The first housing includes a first locking portion and the second housing has a second locking portion. The first and second locking portions, are arranged side by side with each other to constitute an integrated locking portion and arranged to be lockable to the lever lock portion with the first and second housings connected.
PLUG CONNECTOR AND PLUG CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A plug connector for interlocking with a mating plug connector along an insertion direction. The plug connector includes: a plug connector housing configured to accommodate at least one contact element; a lever assembly swivelable between a first position and a second position; a cover; and a CPA including at least one blocking element. In the second position, the lever assembly is releasably latched to a latching structure. The CPA is situated at the cover, and is displaceable between an unblocking position and a blocking position along a displacement direction. The CPA includes a blocking element which in the blocking position of the CPA prevents a displacement of the latching structure for releasing the latch between the lever assembly and the latching structure.
Electrical connector with a lever locking member and mate assist mechanism
The present disclosure provides an electrical connector comprising first and second connector housings configured to be coupled and uncoupled from one another via a mate assist mechanism comprising a lever. The lever is configured to be positioned, when the first and second connector housings are in an uncoupled state or the second connector housing is absent, at a pre-lock position, whereby a blocking element of the lever is configured to cooperate with a blocking surface of the first connector housing, the electrical connector comprising a lever seal and a panel seal.
Lever-type connector
A first housing is formed with an escaping groove into which a cam pin is insertable. A lever to be assembled with the first housing is provided with a locking protrusion capable of holding the lever in a rotation restricted state by locking an edge part of the escaping groove. A second housing is provided with a first pressing portion for deforming the lever in a direction separating from the first housing by coming into contact with the lever, and a second pressing portion for releasing the rotation restricted state of the lever by coming into contact with the locking protrusion. The first pressing portion first comes into contact with the lever, and the second pressing portion is set to come into contact with the locking protrusion with the lever deformed in the direction separating from the first housing.
CONNECTOR HOUSING, CONNECTOR AND WIRE HARNESS
A connector housing includes: a housing main body; a lever to be rotated around an axis of rotation to finally lock a partner connector to the housing main body; an electric wire cover which is a cover attached to an extending-out side of the housing main body on which the electric wire is allowed to extend out of the housing main body, the electric wire cover having a shape extending across a larger range than a trajectory of rotation of the lever in a plan view in an axial direction of the axis of rotation; and a lever slidable contact protrusion and a cover slidable contact protrusion on the lever and the electric wire cover, the slidable contact protrusions having a shape protruding so as to come into slidable contact with another of the lever or the electric wire cover on the trajectory of rotation of the lever.
Connector assembly having a device for dual position confirmation
A connector assembly has a device for dual position confirmation and is able to accurately show whether female and male connectors have been completely connected to each other at an appropriate position by a lever using the device for dual position confirmation and also to show the connected state and position of the lever. Rotation of the lever draws the connectors together so that, upon complete mating, a protrusion on the male connector causes release of a hook that retains the device whereby the device becomes tilted to indicate complete connection. The device is moved to a position in which it engages and fixes a handle of the lever.
Connector device
A connector device comprises a connector and a mating connector. The connector comprises a housing and a slider having a second regulated portion. The mating connector comprises a mating housing having a second regulation portion. The connector is movable between an open position and a closed position. The slider is held by the housing to be movable between a first position and a second position. When the connector is moved to a predetermined position together with the slider which is located at the second position upon a movement of the connector from the closed position toward the open position, the second regulated portion is brought into abutment with the second regulation portion, and a movement of the connector toward the open position beyond the predetermined position is regulated. When the slider is moved to the first position, the connector is movable to the open position.
Fretting Corrosion-Free In-Line Connection System
A terminal cassette for electrically connecting a plurality of feeder cables includes an electrical connector with a plurality of electrical contacts and a double locking system securing a feeder cable cassette. The double locking system has a locking bracket and a sliding locking device. The locking bracket pivots and engages the feeder cable cassette. The sliding locking device secures the locking bracket in a locked position.
Modular Fixing System and Method Thereof
A fixing system includes a rail fixture having a plurality of first interlocking devices arranged along the rail fixture and a plurality of interlocking modules each having a second interlocking device. The interlocking modules are affixed to the rail fixture by inserting the second interlocking devices through a plurality of gaps between the first interlocking devices and sliding the interlocking modules along the rail fixture into a positive lock.
UNLOCKING STRUCTURE AND OPERATING METHOD FOR PLUGGABLE MODULES
An unlocking structure for a pluggable module (1XA) which mainly comprises a push/pull handle (11A), an unlocking plate (12), a casing (13, 14), and a part incorporating a motion block piece (15X). Pushing the push/pull handle (11A) moves the unlocking plate (12) toward the rear end of the casing (13, 14) to unlock the module, and then pulling the push/pull handle (11A) allows the module to be removed; in the unlocked state, the unlocking plate (12) can be reset by means of rotating the push/pull handle (11A). This unlock and reset operation provides a complete operation mechanism for the module, as not only is it able to plug in and unplug the module with cable attached, but also able to conveniently operate a reset in situ, while maximally avoiding misoperations and accidents, and the related operations being simple and easy.
