Buckle device
In a cover of a buckle device, an engagement hook of a side wall of an upper cover is fit together with an engagement groove of a side wall of a lower cover to assemble the upper cover to the lower cover. When the side wall of the upper cover receives an external force, a holder of a buckle switch is sandwiched between a side plate of a buckle body and a rib of the lower cover such that the side plate receives the external force. Accordingly, the rigidity at the engagement hook of the cover is able to be increased.
Buckle device
A buckle device comprises a main unit, a disk unit, a press unit, and an elastic unit. The main unit includes a housing. The disk unit includes at least one vertical disk. The press unit includes a press body. The elastic unit includes a first spring body. One end of the first spring body is disposed on the vertical disk. The other end of the first spring body is disposed on the press body. The first spring body is a thrust spring to extend the lifespan of the buckle device.
Illuminated belt buckle for a seat belt device of a motor vehicle
An illuminated belt buckle (1) for a seat belt device of a motor vehicle, having a housing (2), a push button (3) displaceable in the housing (2), an insertion slot (4) bounded by an edge section (21) of the housing (2). A light source (10) and the at least one light emission surface (12, 13, 38, 39) are connected via at least one optical waveguide (11), and wherein a deflecting element (14, 15, 16) is arranged or formed on at least one boundary surface (7) of the optical waveguide (11) and/or on at least one boundary surface (8, 9) of the light emission surface (12, 13, 38, 39). The deflecting element having a geometry that differs from the rest of the boundary surface (7, 8, 9).
Seatbelt buckle device and seatbelt device
A seatbelt buckle device includes a buckle switch (40) having a switch substrate (42) and a slider part (50) which slides on the switch substrate (42) and a frame (20) which has a substantially U-shaped section and slidably holds an ejector (30) which operates synchronously with attachment/detachment of a tongue plate (1). The buckle switch (40) and the frame (20) are assembled integrally with each other as the a leg part (43) as a rear end of the switch substrate (42) is fixed to a side wall (22A) of the frame (20) through a switch substrate housing (45) and thus supported by the frame (20).
WEBBING-BUCKLING DEVICE OF A MULTI-POINT SEAT BELT SYSTEM
A webbing-buckling device of a multi-point seat belt system has a buckle assembly and a tongue assembly. The buckle assembly has a buckle base having a first frame portion and a webbing-locking member slidably inserted through the first frame portion. The tongue assembly is disposed on the buckle assembly and has a tongue base having a second frame portion and a webbing-fixing member slidably inserted through the second frame portion. One of two webbings is inserted between the first frame portion and the webbing-locking member, and the other webbing is inserted between the second frame portion and the webbing-fixing member. Alternatively, the webbing-buckling device has a buckle assembly and two tongue assemblies disposed on the buckle assembly. Each tongue assembly has a tongue base having a second frame portion and a webbing-fixing member inserted through the second frame portion. The webbings are inserted through the tongue assemblies.
Debris resistant seatbelt buckle device
A seatbelt buckle device includes a housing, a frame, a latching arrangement and a release button. The frame includes a bottom wall and first and second laterally spaced walls. The latching arrangement selectively retains a latch plate within the housing. The release button is movable between a latched position and an unlatched position. A proximal end, a distal end and first and second laterally spaced apart legs of the release button cooperate to define an opening into which a projecting portion distally from the proximal end. At least one shield member laterally extends from the projection portion toward the first and second laterally spaced apart legs. Each shield member includes an outboard side spaced from an adjacent leg of the first and second legs by a gap. Each gap slidingly receives one of the first and second laterally spaced walls of the frame.
Locking device
A locking device 1 includes a main body 2, a locking member 3 for locking a tongue 200, a lock releasing operation member 22 operated for releasing the lock of the tongue 200, a tongue guiding and discharging member 41 slid along an insertion direction of the tongue 200 in the main body 2 to guide the tongue 200 until the locking member 3 locks the tongue 200 and discharge the tongue 200 from the main body 2 when the lock of the tongue 200 is released, a power generator 5 having an operation member 53 pushed by the tongue guiding and discharging member 41 and pivotally moved in a plane parallel to the insertion direction of the tongue 200 when the tongue 200 is inserted into the main body 2 and generating electric power by utilizing external force applied through the operation member 53 and a wireless transmitting part 7 driven by the electric power generated by the power generator 5.
