EXTENDABLE TWO-PIECE SEATBELT TONGUE
A seatbelt tongue includes a tongue plate, a latch plate, a guide pin and a first retention bump. The tongue plate includes a belt slot. The latch plate is slidably connected with the tongue plate and is translatable between a first position and a second position. The guide pin is fixed to one of the tongue plate and the latch plate. The guide pin slidably passes through a pin slot in the other of the tongue plate and the latch plate. The first retention bump in the pin slot defines a pin pocket receiving the pin in the first position.

Harness system with a buckle restraining function
A harness system is provided and includes an upper buckle, an upper strap and a restraining assembly. The upper strap includes shoulder portion and a waist portion divided by the upper buckle. A through slot is formed on the upper buckle. The restraining assembly includes an anti-sliding structure, a beam structure disposed on the upper buckle and a stopping component. The through slot includes a first portion and a second portion divided by the beam structure and respectively adjacent to the shoulder portion and the waist portion. The upper strap passes through the first portion of the through slot from bottom to top and passes through the second portion of the through slot from top to bottom. The stopping component is detachably disposed on the shoulder portion and configured to abut against the upper buckle for restraining a sliding movement of the upper buckle relative to the upper strap.

The locking device includes a central shaft and an actuation sheet, and the central shaft has two opposite semicircular columns. The actuation sheet has an aperture, a hollow pillar, and multiple openings, wherein the hollow pillar has two opposite semicircular cutouts, an arcuately concave channel, two release tabs, and two symmetrical sliding channels. A first end of each buckle is connected with the seat belt, and a second end of each buckle has a connection head with a hole.

WEB ADJUSTER
Web adjusters and other web connecting devices for use with restraint systems are described herein. In some embodiments, web adjusters, such as tilt-lock web adjusters, can include web gripping features on an edge portion of a web aperture to prevent a web that is joined to the web adjuster from sliding or otherwise moving to one side of the web aperture or the other when the web is pulled in a direction that is not perpendicular to the edge. In some embodiments, the web gripping features can include alternating recessed and raised edge portions.

A shell element for the buckle cover of a seat belt buckle is disclosed. The shell element comprises a base body made of a hard elastomer and an outer and an inner surface. So that when the buckle cover bears against a further vehicle element with a hard surface, no wear and no undesirable noise is generated and so that the seat belt buckle permanently has attractive visual and haptic properties, a further element made of a soft elastomer is directly connected to the base body and is connected thereto by a material and/or positive connection, said further element forming at least one part of the outer surface of the shell element.
SAFETY BELT FOR RACING VEHICLES
A strap of the safety belt has a fixed tongue which is attached to the buckle and forms a plurality of through holes adapted to receive a respective plurality of releasable retaining pins which attach other tongues of the belt to the buckle.
