Connector assembly for connecting a cable to an electrical component
A connector assembly for connecting a cable to an electrical component includes an outer conductor sleeve and an insulator element. The outer conductor sleeve has an attachment portion and a plug portion. The insulator element is disposed within the outer conductor sleeve, at least partially in the plug portion. The cable is disposed with a cable end portion at least partially within the outer conductor sleeve in the attachment portion. The outer conductor sleeve has at least a first wall thickness region having a first wall thickness in the attachment portion and at least a second wall thickness region having a second wall thickness in the plug portion, the first wall thickness being greater than the second wall thickness. The insulator element is at least partially disposed in the second wall thickness region.
Coaxial terminal, coaxial connector, wiring board, and electronic component testing apparatus
A coaxial terminal includes a signal terminal, a tubular ground terminal that covers the signal terminal, and an insulating member interposed between the signal terminal and the ground terminal. The signal terminal includes a main body that is covered by the insulating member, an upper contact piece that extends from the main body to +Z direction side, and a lower contact piece that extends from the main body to −Z direction side. The insulating member has an opening through which a part of the main body is exposed. A following formula (1) is satisfied:
L.sub.2≥½×L.sub.1 (1)
where L.sub.1 is a length of the insulating member along an axial direction of the coaxial terminal, L.sub.2 is a length of the opening along the axial direction.
CONNECTOR WITH LINEAR COAXIAL, RIGHT ANGLE COAXIAL AND OPTICAL CONNECTORS
Modular block type of board connector having two different types of RF connectors and an optical cable with an optical connector. A RF connector with built-in impedance tuning and automatic biasing.

Hermetically Sealed Controlled Impedance Feedthrough Assembly
An assembly for passing controlled impedance electrical signals between two different environments via feedthroughs in an electrically-conductive feedthrough block. The feedthrough has a signal coupling, a dielectric spacer surrounding the signal coupling, and a ground coupling surrounding the dielectric. The feedthrough is sealed to hermetically separate the two environments. One or both ends of the dielectric are recessed from the face of the block forming a gap. The gaps is filled with a potting material to form the hermetic seal.

RF connector with low passive intermodulation
A coaxial connector includes a center conductor and an outer conductor coaxial with the center conductor. The outer conductor has a cylindrical shape with slits forming a plurality of spring loaded contact elements. The connector further has a base for mounting the coaxial connector and an outer housing. To improve passive intermodulation characteristics, the base, the slotted outer conductor and the outer housing are monolithically made in one piece.

Coaxial connector comprising a shunt
A coaxial connector and a method for manufacturing such a coaxial connector. The coaxial connector includes: a conductive core; a metal shielding surrounding the core; a dielectric arranged between the core and the shielding to insulate them electrically with respect to one another; and a shunt to supply a resistive bridge between the core and the shielding. The shunt includes: a graphite element positioned between the core and the shielding; and a first and a second metal deposit to supply an electrical and mechanical connection between the graphite element and respectively the core and the shielding. A coaxial cable and an electrical device can both include such a coaxial connector.
