Metal buckle
A metal buckle includes a metal receptacle member and a metal clasp. The metal receptacle member includes a first opening and second opening. The metal clasp is configured to be inserted into the first opening of the metal receptacle member, and includes a base member, a locking device and a spring. The spring is configured to bias the locking device outwardly from the base member, and the locking device is configured to engage the second opening of the metal receptacle.
PIVOTING LATCH PLATE FOR SEATBELT
A seatbelt latch plate assembly includes a latch plate, a D-ring, and a pivot stop. The D-ring is pivotably connected to the latch plate. The pivot stop is disposed between and rotatably fixes the latch plate to the D-ring. The pivot stop includes a deformable element. The deformable element is deformable at a predetermined pivot torque between the D-ring and the plate.
Latch plate and method for producing a latch plate
A locking tongue for a seat belt has a deflecting portion for a webbing. The deflecting portion includes a webbing passage and a clamping element. The clamping element is displaceable between a home position in which the webbing is freely movable and a blocking position in which the clamping element is displaced against a wall of the webbing passage so that the webbing is clamped between the clamping element and the wall of the webbing passage. The clamping element includes a clamping surface which in the blocking position clamps the webbing against the wall of the webbing passage. The clamping element is guided along a curved guide path extending in an area of the blocking position substantially perpendicularly to the wall so that in the blocking position the clamping element is moved against the wall substantially perpendicularly with the clamping surface.
SEAT-BELT TONGUE
A seat-belt tongue includes a plate having a longitudinal portion that is insertable into a buckle, and a broader portion that is located on an opposite side of a tip end of the longitudinal portion and is formed wider than the longitudinal portion, wherein the broader portion has a base that is connected to the longitudinal portion, a beam that extends in a long-side direction of the broader portion, a connecting portion that connects the base and the beam at each end in the long-side direction, and a through hole that is formed by the base, the beam, and the connecting portion and through which a seat belt is inserted, and the beam or the base is formed such that a cross-sectional area of the beam or the base when viewed in the long-side direction becomes smaller at both ends than at a center in the long-side direction.
Harness system with a buckle restraining function
A harness system is provided and includes an upper buckle, an upper strap and a restraining assembly. The upper strap includes shoulder portion and a waist portion divided by the upper buckle. A through slot is formed on the upper buckle. The restraining assembly includes an anti-sliding structure, a beam structure disposed on the upper buckle and a stopping component. The through slot includes a first portion and a second portion divided by the beam structure and respectively adjacent to the shoulder portion and the waist portion. The upper strap passes through the first portion of the through slot from bottom to top and passes through the second portion of the through slot from top to bottom. The stopping component is detachably disposed on the shoulder portion and configured to abut against the upper buckle for restraining a sliding movement of the upper buckle relative to the upper strap.
Extension unit
An extension unit includes a buckle member, a first coupling member, a second coupling member, and a webbing belt. The buckle member is engaged with a first tongue plate of a seat belt apparatus, includes a first holder holding the webbing belt, and a fixing member fixing an end of the webbing belt. The second coupling member is disposed between the buckle member and the first coupling member and coupled to the first coupling member. The webbing belt joins the buckle member and the first coupling member. The second coupling member is so disposed that a projected region extending inward in a vehicle width direction is defined. The projected region has a size corresponding to a thickness of an operator's hand and is not overlapped with the buckle member. The second coupling member includes a second holder holding the webbing belt extending from the first holder to the fixing member.
BUCKLE DEVICE
In a buckle device, a buckle body is held in an upper part of a boot, and a lower part of the boot is supported from the lower side by a frame and a protector. Here, an upper left inclination surface of the boot and the lower left inclination surface of the protector are inclined in a downward direction as being directed inward in the right-left direction of the boot. Therefore, in a case in which a load is input to the boot from the upper side, it is possible to apply a displacement force to the boot inward in the right-left direction of the protector, and to suppress the downward displacement of the boot with respect to the frame and the protector.
Seatbelt tongue
A seatbelt tongue includes a webbing-receiving portion, a tongue portion, and a connecting portion connecting the webbing-receiving portion and the tongue portion. The connecting portion includes a lattice structure plastically deformable relative to the webbing-receiving portion and the tongue portion.
TONGUE FOR SEATBELT DEVICE
At a present tongue, four suppressing portions are provided between both abutment portions of a tongue main body. In a state in which transverse direction both side portions of a webbing are nipped between a pressing portion of a clamp member and the both abutment portions, a transverse direction central side portion of the webbing is nipped between the pressing portion of the clamp portion and the respective suppressing portions. Due thereto, one of the transverse direction central side portion of the webbing and the transverse direction both side portions of the webbing is pulled by another, and sliding toward the side of the another can be suppressed.
SEAT BELT TONGUE AND SEAT BELT DEVICE
A seat belt tongue having a main body, a covering which at least partially covers the outside of the main body, and at least one electronic component which is arranged between the main body and the covering, wherein the electronic component is arranged on a carrier part, and the carrier part is pre-fixed to the main body by means of a form-fitting design.
