Connector adaptation with impedance matching
A method and apparatus utilize a data connector, a connection adapter, and a matching transformer. The data connector receives a data signal from a communication line. The connection adapter, coupled to the data connector, receives the data signal with the data connector, adapts the data signal from the data connector to a coax connector, and communicates the data signal to the coax connector. The matching transformer, coupled to a coax cable, performs impedance matching between a first impedance associated with the coax connector and a second impedance associated with the coax cable communicating the data signal.

Connection module
An example apparatus includes a connection module. The example connection module includes a connection interface and a connection matrix having a root transmission line to conduct signals to and from the connection interface. The connection matrix also includes branch transmission lines that are connectable electrically to the root transmission line to conduct the signals to and from the root transmission line. Each of the branch transmission lines is part of an electrical pathway between a device and the root transmission line. A housing encloses the connection matrix and enables access to the connection interface. The root transmission line and the branch transmission lines are each multi-conductor transmission lines that conduct the signals in transverse electromagnetic (TEM) mode.

Waterproof connector
A connector mainly includes a main base body, one end of which has a guide sleeve, the other end of the main base body has a butting holes, and the guide sleeve is connected with a connecting module. The connecting module further includes a connecting base which includes a connecting element. The connecting module further includes a butting seat correspondingly engages the guide sleeve, and a conductive module is housed inside the main base body. The conductive module further includes a central pin, and the central pin is provided with a second waterproof gasket. The second waterproof gasket for the central pin extending therethrough and abuts against a side of a convex seat. The central pin extends through a sleeve which is correspondingly connected with a conductive base, and the central pin is sleeved in the sleeve and the conductive base. Finally, the conductive module is further correspondingly sleeved with a fixing seat and a protective sleeve in sequence. A waterproof layer protrudes outward on the outer peripheral surface.
Electrical outlet with female member moveable between connected and disconnected portions
An electrical outlet has a female member with at least two electrically conductive contact sleeves for the reception of the pins on a plug inserted in the female member and a connector arrangement for connection of the electrical outlet to a mains supply. The female member is movable relative to the connector arrangement between a first mode, in which the contact sleeves are electrically disconnected from the mains supply, and a second mode, in which contact sleeves are electrically connected to a mains supply. The connector arrangement include a connection ring and a mounting plate. The connector arrangement further include connection plates, whose number corresponds to the number of contact sleeves on the female member, wherein each contact sleeve is brought in or out of contact with a connection plate by movement of the female member.
Connection switching device
A connection switching device is provided which connects a plug, having a plug pin connected to an inspecting circuit, to a receptacle connector connecting an antenna and a transmission/reception circuit, and switches a connection to a parallel connection where the inspection circuit is connected to the antenna and to the transmission/reception circuit. The receptacle connector includes a first contact, a second contact, and a normally closed terminal that is brought into elastic contact with the first contact and the second contact. The plug includes a first plug pin being brought into contact with the first contact, a second plug pin being brought into contact with the second contact, and an insulating projection being inserted between at least one of the first and second contacts and the normally closed terminal to insulate between the at least one of the first and second contacts and the normally closed terminal.
ELECTRICAL OUTLET
An electrical outlet has a female member with at least two electrically conductive contact sleeves for the reception of the pins on a plug inserted in the female member and a connecting means for connection of the electrical outlet to a mains supply. The female member is movable relative to the connecting means between a first mode, in which the contact sleeves are electrically disconnected from the mains supply, and a second mode, in which contact sleeves are electrically connected to a mains supply. The connecting means include a connection ring and a mounting plate. The connecting means further include connection plates, whose number corresponds to the number of contact sleeves on the female member, wherein each contact sleeve is brought in or out of contact with a connection plate by movement of the female member.
