BUCKLE LOCK
The present invention provides a buckle lock includes a lock member and a buckle base which are able to be inserted and locked to each other. The buckle base includes a lock portion and a release button, and the lock portion includes at least one locking mechanism. It is characterized in that when the locking mechanism is in a locked state, the lock member can still be inserted into the buckle base and the lock connection is completed immediately after completing the locking action.
BUCKLE COMPONENT
A buckle component (1, 2) having a main body (3) and a clamping web (4), the main body (3) having a belt-receiving opening (5), and the clamping web (4) being mounted displaceably on the main body (3) in the belt-receiving opening (5) for clamping a belt (6), which is guided around the clamping web (4), between the clamping web (4) and an edge (7) of the main body (3) bounding the belt-receiving opening (5). The buckle component (1, 2) additionally has a flap (8) which is mounted pivotably on the main body (3) by a pivot joint (9), and the flap (8) has a clamping surface (10) for clamping the belt (6) between the clamping surface (10) of the flap (8) and the clamping web (4) in a clamping position of the flap (8).
Connector
A connector is described having a female part defining a recess, a male part including a section receivable within the recess of the female part, and a lock pin insertable into an opening provided in the female part. The lock pin is engageable with the section of the male part when the male part is located within the recess to retain the male part within the recess. The female part is provided, around a periphery of the opening, with a stabilizing recess. The lock pin includes a feature receivable within the stabilizing recess, engageable with a base of the stabilizing recess to limit the distance by which the lock pin can be inserted into the opening.
Buckle assembly
A buckle assembly includes a first buckle, a second buckle, an operating portion, a locking component and a resilient portion. The first buckle includes an inserting end whereon an engaging portion is formed. An installation slot is formed on the second buckle for receiving the inserting end. The operating portion is disposed on the second buckle, and the locking component is fixedly connected to the operating portion. The locking component can be locked with or released from the engaging portion. The resilient portion is biased to separate the inserting end from the installation slot. The operating portion is operated to drive the locking component to release from the engaging portion. The inserting end can be separated from the installation slot by the resilient portion, so as to unlock the first buckle and the second buckle. The buckle assembly has advantages of easy operation and simplified structure.
Electronic seatbelt
A seatbelt buckle that includes a housing, an attracting member, an attractable element, and a plate adapted to retain a seatbelt clip within the housing. The member, the element, and the plate may be carried by the housing. The buckle is adapted so that when the member is electronically actuated, the element causes the plate to move toward the member and thereby release the clip.
BUCKLE ASSEMBLY
A buckle assembly includes a first buckle component, a second buckle component and an operating component. The first buckle component includes a locked portion. The second buckle component includes a locking portion. The locking portion engages with the locked portion along a lateral direction of the buckle assembly when the second buckle component is mated with the first buckle component along a mating direction. The operating component is partially embedded in and partially exposed out of the second buckle component. The operating component is slidable relative to the second buckle component. The operating component drives the locking portion to move away from the locked portion for disengaging the locking portion from the locked portion during a sliding movement of the operating component relative to the second buckle component. The present invention has advantage of saving labor and easy operation.
High security buckle
A buckle portion has a buckle body, at least one elastic locking leg connected to the buckle body, and a locking element comprising a plate having an actuation element. The locking element is connected to the elastic locking leg and is movable relative to the elastic locking leg by moving the actuation element between a locked position and an unlocked position. In the unlocked position, the elastic locking leg is movable so as to release the buckle portion from a corresponding buckle receptacle. In the locked position, the locking element prevents flexing of the elastic locking leg even under external pressure to keep the buckle portion from being released.
SYSTEM HAVING LOCKING MECHANISM WITH MULTIPLE STAGE LOCKING VERIFICATION
A system and method for a locking mechanism that includes an ability to indicate that a fall event has occurred as well as indicate proper engagement via a signal cable coupled through a harness. The locking mechanism includes a mechanical indicator that is disposed within the locking mechanism (as opposed to far away from the locking mechanism at a remote cable attachment point) that can visually indicate that a fall event has occurred. Further, the locking mechanism includes electronic components including three magnetic actuators and corresponding electronic switches that signal change of state. Locking tabs and a leading edge of the insert respectively include the three magnetic actuators. The electronic switches, which may be magnetically activated reed switches, signal status change to an external controller and, optionally, an external computer.
Buckle assembly with locking arrangement
A buckle assembly includes a first buckle member having an insertion member, a second buckle member having a receiving slot, and a locking arrangement. The locking arrangement includes a locking slot indently formed on the insertion member, a locking member movably mounted in the second buckle member at a position corresponding to the locking slot, and a releasing key detachably attached on the second buckle member to drive the locking member to move between a locked position and a releasing position. In the locked position, the locking member is moved to engage with the locking slot to prevent the insertion member from detaching from the receiving slot. In the releasing position, the locking member is driven by the releasing key to retract from the locking slot so as to allow the insertion member to be pulled out of the receiving slot.
