20210361035 · 2021-11-25 ·

A concealed-slide-fastener slider includes a body including: a pair of flanges extending inwardly in the left and right direction from upper end portions of a pair of the side plates; and a raised portion raised upward from an upper wing plate. The body cooperates with a lock member to form a pull attachment portion including a shaft hole that penetrates in the left-right direction. A lower surface of the shaft hole includes an upper surface of the raised portion and is positioned above upper surfaces of the pair of flanges. A pair of fabric accommodating space portions, which accommodate a pair of fabrics fixed to upper sides of the pair of tapes and is partitioned by the raised portion in the left-right direction, is formed between the pull in a rearward lying posture and the pair of flanges in an upper-lower direction.

A slider includes a slider body part that includes an upper wing plate and a lower wing plate, a stop tab body, a tab elastic member that biases the stop tab body, a base part integrally formed with the upper wing plate, and an operation cover part rotatably attached to the base part. The operation cover part includes a pressing projecting part that projects from an inner surface of a top plate part, and the pressing projecting part has a configuration in which by rotating the operation cover part, a locked state and an unlocked state can be switched therebetween. Accordingly, since a stop mechanism by the rotation of the operation cover part can be provided in the slider with a relatively simple configuration, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the productivity can be improved.

A slider for a slide fastener useable with a slider with an automatic stop function to secure a tab to enable automatic engagement and prevent swinging of the tab, regardless of the type of tab, when the tab is tilted to an engaged portion side. An engaging portion is formed in an attachment hole of the tab. An engaged portion is formed in the slider body or the tab attachment part. When the tab is tilted to be almost parallel to an upper blade on the engaged portion side of the tab attachment part, due to a biasing force of the spring member, the lock pin moves the shaft portion of the tab downward and to an opposite side of a tilted direction, and a tip portion of the engaging portion of the tab is pulled into to be engaged with the engaged portion side of the tab attachment part.

A slider for a slide fastener includes a body, a pull-tab, a control claw, and a cover. The control claw is placed on a shaft portion between a front attachment column and a rear attachment column. A protrusion length of a claw portion that enters an element path from a claw hole changes depending on an up-down position of the shaft portion so as to control movement of the body. The cover is attached to the front attachment column and the rear attachment column so as to be swingable in an up-down direction. The upper plate portion pushes the control claw downward due to a restoring force of a plate spring portion extending from a front end of the upper plate portion along a front surface of the front attachment column. The body, the pull-tab, the control claw, and the cover are separate components.
