ZIPPER SLIDER ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE AND CONNECTING RING THEREOF
A zipper slider assembly structure and a connecting ring are provided. The zipper slider assembly structure includes a sliding assembly, a connecting ring, and a pull element. The sliding assembly includes a sliding element having a through hole, an elastic element disposed on the sliding element, and a movable fixing element movably disposed on the sliding element. The elastic element is elastically abutted against the movable fixing element. An end of the movable fixing element has a limiting part passing through the through hole. The connecting ring movably cooperates with the movable fixing element. The pull element movably cooperates with the connecting ring. The connecting ring has an outer arc surface contacting the sliding assembly and the pull element by point-contact to decrease a contact area between the connecting ring and the sliding assembly and between the connecting ring and the pull element.
CAP STRUCTURE AND ZIPPER HEAD ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE
A cap structure includes a cap body and an elastic piece. The cap body has at least two first inner concave grooves corresponding to each other, at least two first retaining blocks respectively extending outwardly from the at least two first inner concave grooves, and at least two first through holes corresponding to each other and respectively adjacent to the at least two first retaining blocks. The at least two first inner concave grooves are disposed on the inner surface of the cap body, and the at least two first through holes pass through the cap body to form two breach holes between the inner and the outer surfaces of the cap body. The elastic piece is disposed on the inner surface of the cap body, and the at least two first retaining blocks contact the elastic piece for retaining or abutting the elastic piece.
SLIDER WITH REBOUNDABLE PULL-TAB
The present invention discloses a slider with an reboundable pull-tab, comprising a slider base, a pull-tab, a connecting shaft and spring; the slider base has a connecting shaft through-hole for mounting the connecting shaft, which fixes the pull-tab and spring onto the slider base; one end of the spring inserts into the slider, and the other end inserts into the spring base; when the pull-tab is pulled, the spring will subject to torsional deformation; when the pull-tab is let go, the pull-tab will revert to the normal state under the impetus of the spring, then the slider is automatically locked, thus preventing unexpectedly sliding; There is also a locking part in the pull-tab, so that it is free from not being able to rebound due to over-rotation.
Enhanced slider
A zipper slider is provided. The zipper slider includes a slider body configured to slide along a zipper, the slider body having an upper wing with a top surface. The zipper slider also includes a pulling member integrally formed with the upper wing, the pulling member having at least one wall(s) on the upper wing each having a substantially closed aperture therethrough, wherein the at least one wall(s) is longitudinally disposed on the top surface of the upper wing and the at least one substantially closed aperture(s) forms a transverse channel. The zipper slider further includes a pull tab having a pintle, wherein the pintle is disposed in the transverse channel.
Zipper head assembly structure and elastic member thereof
A zipper head assembly structure includes a sliding assembly and a pulling member. The sliding assembly has a base portion, a seat portion, an elastic member and a retaining member. The elastic member has a first fixing portion fixed on the seat portion, a second fixing portion fixed on the seat portion, an exposed portion connected between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion and exposed out of the seat portion, an elastic portion extended from the first fixing portion, and an abutting portion extended from the elastic portion for abutting against the retaining member. The retaining member is movably disposed on the seat portion for movably contacting the elastic member. The pulling member is movably mated with the retaining member.
Slider assembly for a slide fastener
There is provided a slider assembly for a slide fastener, including: a slider body; a pull-tab; and a resilient locking member. The pull-tab is provided with a window aligned with an aperture in an upper wing of the slider body when the pull-tab is in a first angular end position. A distal end of the locking member extends towards a guide channel through the window and the aperture. The locking member is configured to be resiliently biased towards a locking position where a distal end thereof protrudes in the guide channel. A proximal end of the pull-tab has a cam cooperating with the locking member such that the locking member takes the locking position when the pull-tab is in the first angular end position, and the locking member is moved towards an unlocking position when the pull-tab is pivoted away from the first angular end position.
Slider
A slider includes a slider body, a tab, and a cover member that is elastically deformable, the slider body has a front attachment post and a rear attachment post standing up from an upper blade, the front attachment post and the rear attachment post have a pair of first side wall portions and a pair of second side wall portions arranged on an outside of the first side wall portions in a length direction, outer wall surfaces of the second side wall portions are arranged on an inside of the first side wall portions via step portions in a width direction, at least a part of the outer wall surfaces of the second side wall portions faces inner wall surface of the cover member. This enables the cover member to be made more difficult to tilt in the width direction even if the cover member receives force.
Zipper head assembly structure and elastic member thereof
The present disclosure provides a zipper head assembly structure and an elastic member thereof. The zipper head assembly structure includes a sliding assembly and a pulling member. The sliding assembly has a base portion, a seat portion, an elastic member and a retaining member. The seat portion has a positioning through hole. The elastic member is disposed on the seat portion to elastically abut against the retaining member. The elastic member has a fixing portion fixed on the seat portion, an elastic portion extended from the fixing portion, and an abutting portion extended from the elastic portion for abutting against the retaining member. The retaining member is movably disposed on the seat portion for movably contacting the elastic member, and the retaining member has a retaining portion for passing through the positioning through hole. The pulling member is movably mated with the retaining member.
Zip slider
A zip slider has: a slider body having upper and lower elements providing two entry channels through which zip teeth pass and slider un/mating; a pull tab having a cam; a biasing spring having a locking prong and a follower surface bearing against the cam. The cam on the follower surface biases the tab into a closed position in which it lies against the upper element. When the tab is in a lifted position, the cam action on the follower surface raises the prong above the mated teeth, enabling relative motion of the teeth and body; when the tab is in the closed position, the prong bears against the teeth to prevent unwanted relative slider and teeth motion. The slider has a counter bias, acting between the upper element and the tab to apply a biasing force on the tab acting against the action of the cam and follower surface.
