MULTI-LEVEL MOUNTING RAILS FOR CONTROL PANEL

Provided is a support structure configured for the attachment of a secondary, supported standardized mounting rail such as a DIN rail in spaced-apart relationship above a primary, supporting standardized mounting rail (e.g. a DIN rail) within an industrial enclosure such as a control panel. The support structure is connected directly to the primary, supporting standardized mounting rail, and may be applied either at the time of design/installation of the panel or at a later date, thereby enabling a highly effective and valuable expansion opportunity.

Single action din rail latch

An electronics module includes a latch with a first latch portion and a second latch portion. The latch portions move between a latched position and an unlatched position. A spring is located between the first and second latch portions and biases the first and second latch portions in first and second directions. The first latch portion comprises an actuation portion located externally from the housing and that is adapted to be manually engaged and moved linearly in the second direction to move the first latch portion from its latched position toward its unlatched position. The second latch portion includes a resilient tail with a locator tab that seats in either a first receiving location or a second receiving location of the first latch portion and that is selectively deflectable to disengage the locator tab from the second receiving location so that the spring moves the latch to the latched configuration.

RAILWAY SHUNT ENCLOSURE

A railway termination shunt enclosure including one or more receptacles, each of the one or more receptacles being configured to receive a termination shunt. The enclosure also includes at least one mounting surface and a connector assembly rotatably attaching the one or more receptacles to one or more of the at least one mounting surface.

Clip and electronic device using same

An electronic device is detachably mounted on a DIN rail. The DIN rail includes a first protruding edge and a second protruding edge. The electronic device includes a main body and two clips. The two clips are movably disposed on the main body. Each clip includes a base and an extension part. The base includes a notch. The notch is selectively engaged with or disengaged from the first protruding edge or the second protruding edge. The extension part is connected with the base and extended from the base. The extension part includes a double-bevel bulge and an elastic extension arm. The elastic extension arm is located beside the double-bevel bulge. A free end of the elastic extension arm has an engaging part. The notches of the two clips are engaged with or disengaged from the first protruding edge and the second protruding edge, respectively.

Adjustable width power distribution block

An electrical distribution block includes a first base, a second base, and a spacer plate discrete from the first and second base. The spacer plate is positioned between first base and the second base and secures the first base to the second base. A conductor block is connected to at least one of the first base or the second base. The conductor block includes a primary tap and a secondary tap.

DIN RAIL AND WALL MOUNTED ENCLOSURE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF USE

A mounting enclosure assembly is configured to mount an electronic component onto a Deutsches Institut fr Normung (DIN) rail. The mounting enclosure includes a mounting bracket including a body having a slot configured to receive the DIN rail therein. A locking mechanism is operatively connected to the body of the mounting bracket to selectively engage and disengage the mounting enclosure assembly to the DIN rail. There is also a position for mounting the mounting bracket to a flat surface, e.g. where there is no DIN rail.

Flipper-type electronics cabinet having circuit controlling device

A flipper-type electronics cabinet includes a cabinet body, two first sliding rails, two second sliding rails, two third sliding rails, a carrying tray, a door plate, an accommodating tray, and a circuit controlling device. The circuit controlling device is disposed in the cabinet body and includes a controlling interface, a controller, a master switch circuit, a first switch circuit, and a second switch circuit. The controlling interface includes a master switch key, a first switch key, and a second switch key. The controller enters an operation or standby mode according to the master switch signal received. When the controller enters the standby mode, the master switch circuit is switched-off, and when the controller enters the operation mode, the master switch circuit is switched-on. When the controller enters the operation mode, the controller is used to respectively control the first and second switch circuits to be switched-on or switched-off.

Guide to installation, operation and latching of power cables

A method and guide are provided that facilitate the installation and removal of cabling in hard-to-reach locations using a holder to maintain the relative locations of a cable and cable-side connectors and a handle that slides with respect to the holder. The handle may be used to move the cable and cable-side connectors into position with respect to board-side PDB connectors within a chassis. With further downward movement or insertion of the handle, the connectors are then mated. With the handle in a fully downward, inserted, or otherwise latched position with respect to the holder, raised sections of the handle prevent latching teeth or hooks on the cable-side connector from becoming disengaged from the PDB board-side connector, thereby maintaining the connection of the PDB connectors. Uninstallation is the reverse of installation with a single movement of the sliding handle both unlatching and disconnecting the connections.
