Low profile cable cleat assembly
A cable cleat assembly used to secure cables to a wire basket for cable management. The cable cleat assembly includes a base plate that receives the cables and a stainless steel strap that maintains the cables on the base plate. The stainless steel strap has a first end member and a second end member. The stainless strap is positioned over the cables on the base plate with the first end member and the second end member wrapped under the base plate. Clamp bars are positioned within the first end member and the second end member. Fasteners extend through the clamp bars, the first end member, and the second end member to secure the cable cleat assembly to the wire basket.
Locking snap-on splice for cable basket
A bracket secured to adjacent cable baskets to form a cable routing pathway. The bracket includes a splice and a locking latch slidingly secured to the splice. The splice has a base with a top, a bottom, a first end, and a second end. The first end member extends from the first end of the base and a second end member extends from the second end of the base. The first end member and the second end member each include a vertical slot. The locking latch extends through the vertical slot of the first end member and the vertical slot of the second end member to secure the splice to the adjacent cable baskets.
Gripping cable hanger and method of using
This invention has to do with a gripping cable hanger assembly system for the solar, mining, and electrical industry. The gripping cable hanger is comprised of a support wire gripping mechanism, cable carrier supports/receptacles, data carrier wire capability, space between said wire carriers with said wire comprising a shape retention material that may have a high dielectric, UV resistant coating thereon.
Cable tray section
The present invention relates to a cable tray section which allows being successively coupled to another tray section (1) having similar features, without needing accessories or angle requirements on the horizontal plane, comprising longitudinal metal wires (10); U-shaped transverse metal wires (20); at least one anchoring element (30) installed between the longitudinal wires (10), attached to the last and next to last transverse wires (20), and comprising a single metal wire (31) close to the next to last transverse wire (20); and a pair of straight sections (32, 32′) parallel to one another; where the straight sections (32, 32′) project with respect to the last transverse wire (20), forming a rectangular section (33) perpendicular to the straight sections (32, 32′), such that there is established a free space (40) between the last transverse wire (20) and said rectangular section (33); said space (40) having a dimension corresponding to the thickness of a transverse wire (20).
Waterfall-type cable router
A waterfall-type cable router for routing cables out of cable trays includes a curved ramp having a front portion and a rear portion, a vertical left curved wall transitioning into the curved ramp and extending the length of the left side of the curved ramp, and a vertical right curved wall transitioning into the curved ramp and extending the length of the right side of the curved ramp. The rear portion of the curved ramp has a population of tabs configured to attach to an extender. The extender allows a waterfall-type cable router assembly to rest on a wire cable tray with a sidewall of a higher length than the length of the cable router.
A first portion of each of the left and right curved walls includes a slot extending upward from the lower edge of the first portion into the curved wall, the slot being configured to attach the cable router to a cable tray.
CABLE SUPPORT AND METHOD FOR USING SAME
Embodiments described herein comprise a cable system. The cable system has a plurality of cables and a plurality of cable hangers. The cable hangers are configured to support the plurality of cables in a building. The plurality of cable hangers have one or more cable supports configured to hold at least one of the plurality of cables and a support configured to couple the cable support to the building.
SIGNAL CARRIER FOR CONTACTLESS LIGHTING SYSTEM AND LIGHTING SYSTEM INCLUDING A SIGNAL CARRIER
A lighting system includes at least one lighting component and a signal carrier. The signal carrier includes an electrically insulative webbing, and a first electrical conductor and a second electrical conductor separated and spaced apart from each other by the electrically insulative webbing and extending in parallel to each other in a longitudinal direction. The first and second electrical conductors are disposed at least partially within the electrically insulative webbing. The at least one lighting component is mounted to the signal carrier via a slot passing through the electrically insulative webbing, wherein the at least one lighting component includes at least one light source and at least one coupler configured to extract power from the first and second electrical conductors without making an electrically conductive physical contact to the first and second electrical conductors.
Sections of Cable Trays
The cable tray comprises an anchoring element (3) arranged on the front end thereof, for connecting the rear end of the following tray section, said anchoring element (3) comprising a bar with a fold (4), the extensions (5) of which are fitted through the transverse bars of the walls and/or base and project past the last transverse bar (7) leading into bends (8, 9) and then two branches (11) which end in the fold (4), said branches (11) having different inclinations in relation to each other and in relation to the vertical plane so that the connection of the tray sections forms a tray that resists sudden oscillations or movements that may be generated during the assembly thereof or once installed.
