CABLE PROTECTOR
A cable protector including a series of generally cylindrical shells, with adjacent shells pivotable relative to each other; and a support member extending through the shells. The support member holds the shells so that the shells cannot be separated from each other. The support member includes arm sections, corresponding to the shells, connected by flexible linear sections extending along a central axis of the shells. Each arm section includes a base connected to the linear section, and a plurality of arms extending radially outward at equal angles. Each arm has a first end connected to the base, and a second end connected to a surface of the shell toward the central axis.
ELECTRICAL WIRE GUIDING APPARATUS
An electrical wire guiding apparatus 10 includes a plurality of link members 20 that are pivotably connected in series, and each have an accommodation space 25 for an electric wire W provided therein. Each of the plurality of link members 20 includes a link body 20A in which a surface positioned on an inner side of a bend in a pivoted state is open as an opening surface 20C, and a cover 20B that is engaged with the link body 20A, and blocks the opening surface 20C.
Flexible Clad Protection System
Embodiments disclosed herein relate to a protection device and/or system that may include a thimble capable of being placed over a transmission line, such as an electrical power cord, to provide protection in the form of cut resistance, abrasion resistance, and/or impact resistance. In some embodiments, a plurality of thimbles can be placed over the transmission line to form an overlapping arrangement to protect a desired length of the transmission line. While each thimble may be rigid, semi-rigid, and/or flexible, the arrangement can maintain flexibility to allow for many degrees of movement of the electrical power cord even as it is cladded in the protection system.
WIRE HARNESS ROUTING DEVICE
A wire harness routing device has a wire harness, one end of which is connected to a slider that is slidably attached to a rail and the other end of which is drawn out from the rail, a folding guide part that curves the wire harness that is drawn out from the rail and folds it in the direction along the rail, and an accommodation part that has a bottom wall and a side wall that rises up from the side edges of the bottom wall. The wire harness has a straight line-shaped linear part that is disposed along the rail, and a curved part that is further folded back to conform to the opposed side of the folding guide part of the linear part, a slidable holding member, and a separation guide part that separates the linear part from the side wall is provided on the slidable holding member.
Energy Guiding Chain with Wear Detection
An energy guiding chain (1) includes at least one detection unit (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 120) for detecting wear on at least one chain link. The detection unit (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 120) according to one embodiment includes a first electric component (11, 41, 51, 121) on a first chain link and a second electric component (12, 42, 52, 122), which is provided on an adjacent second chain link connected to the first chain link in an articulated manner. The first and second electric components interact in a contactless manner, for example in an inductive, magnetic, or capacitive manner, in order to change the coupling in the event of radial and/or axial play in the joint connection between the chain links due to wear.
WIRE HARNESS ROUTING DEVICE AND SLIDE WIRING DEVICE
A wire harness routing device 11 includes a wire harness 15, a case 16 in which the wire harness 15 is accommodated and which has an opening 30 through which the wire harness 15 can be led out of or into the case, a protector 21 attached to the wire harness 15 that is led out through the opening 30, and an engagement means 22 configured to disengageably engage the case 16 and the protector 21 with each other.
High voltage wire protection system for electric vehicles
A flexible wire support structure extends between an axle and an inverter for an electric vehicle. The inverter is fixed relative to the vehicle body and the axle is moveable relative to the inverter during vehicle use. A wire extends between the inverter and the axle through a channel defined by the wire support structure. The wire support structure is attached at opposite ends to a first and second support structure, each of which allow pivoting of the flexible wire support structure in response to movement of the axle relative to the inverter. The wire support structure has a limited bend radius in response to movement of the axle, and blocks the wire extending within the support structure from being bent to a tight radius, thereby protecting the wire.
SEPARATOR FOR AN ENERGY CHAIN
A separating web for an energy chain for arranging between two cross webs. The separating web has recesses for mounting a respective compartment base. Each recess is flanked by a rigid continuous support region on one side and by an insertion opening on the other side for inserting a compartment base, and each recess is provided with an elastic tongue element for partly closing the insertion opening and for securing the compartment base. According to the invention, the elastic tongue element extends from the insertion opening to the opposing support region. One end of the tongue element is connected to the edge of the insertion opening, and the other end is connected to the support region. The tongue element side facing away from the recess is equipped with a free area into which the elastic tongue element can be deflected when inserting and removing a compartment base.
Covering and wire harness
Disclosed is a covering including: a strip-shaped portion that extends along an electric wire and being bendable; a pair of side wall portion rows provided with the electric wire being interposed therebetween, and in each of which a plurality of pairs of side wall portions extending upward from the strip-shaped portion are arranged in a direction in which the strip-shaped portion extends; and a lid portion that is disposed opposing the strip-shaped portion and keeps the electric wire that is interposed between the pair of side wall portion rows from coming out of the covering. The lid portion includes spacer portions that are respectively inserted in a gap between adjacent side wall portions and in a gap between adjacent side wall portions in the side wall portion rows and maintain a spacing between the adjacent side wall portions and at least a predetermined spacing between the adjacent side wall portions.
SUPPORTING MEMBER, CONDUIT SUPPORTING DEVICE, AND PROCESSING APPARATUS PROVIDED THEREWITH
There is provided a supporting member having excellent durability and an apparatus including the supporting member. The supporting member includes an elastic member and a plurality of block members formed thereon. The supporting member is deformable from a shape in which end surfaces of the block members are in contact with each other to a shape in which the end surfaces are separated from each other. The elastic member includes a fixed region whose deformation is restricted by being fixed to a bottom surface of the block member, and the supporting member includes a flexure reduction unit for reducing flexure at a position near the fixed region of the elastic member.
