WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a wire harness main body including an electric wire and an exterior tube enclosing an outer circumference of the electric wire; a first path restricting cover that is attached to an outer circumference of the exterior tube and restricts a path of the wire harness main body; and a second path restricting cover that is attached to an outer circumference of the first path restricting cover and restricts the path of the wire harness main body.
FITTING CONNECTIONS FOR CORROSION RESISTANT ELECTRICAL CONDUITS
A push-lock coupler includes an annular metal insert with a coaxial profile complementary to a conduit; a cylindrical polymeric housing molded over the annular metal insert and having a first and second end and an inner surface; and wherein the first and second end are capable of deforming to the coaxial profile of the conduit inserted into either the first or second end, and the inner surface of the cylindrical polymeric housing has at least one groove disposed between the annular metal insert and the first end.
System and method for connecting a compression-type coupling to a coated conduit
A tool for removing a coating from an end of a coated conduit comprising a metallic conduit having an outer diameter and a polymeric material applied over the outer diameter thereof is provided. The tool comprises: a guide member having an outer diameter sized to fit within an internal diameter of the metallic conduit; and a cylindrical cutting member having a substantially closed first end rotatably connected to an arbor, a substantially open second end, and a plurality of teeth elements. The cylindrical cutting member has an inner diameter that is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the metallic conduit such that when the cylindrical cutting member is rotated, the teeth elements remove the polymeric material from the outer diameter of the metallic conduit.
Wire harness with insulated twisted wire and welded holding member
A wire harness includes a cable and a holding member. The cable includes a twisted wire, and an insulation coating that coats the twisted wire. The cable has a bent portion. The holding member covers a range of the cable including the bent portion, and retains a shape of the bent portion. The twisted wire is in contact with the holding member at least in a part of the bent portion.
Wire harness capable of suppressing a decrease in insulation reliability
A wire harness including a plurality of first electric wire members that each have a first flexible electric wire and a hard electric wire electrically connected to the first flexible electric wire: a plurality of second electric wire members that are second flexible electric wires: a tube through which the plurality of first electric wire members and the plurality of second electric wire members pass: and a first fixing member for bundling the plurality of first electric wire members and the plurality of second electric wire members, wherein: the tube includes a bend closest to an end surface in a longitudinal direction of the tube, and the wire harness is configured to achieve a first arrangement and a second arrangement.
WIRING MEMBER AND RETAINING MEMBER
A wiring member including: three or more electrical wire portions extending in different directions from a branching position; and a retaining member that is an elastic member and covers base end portions of the three or more electrical wire portions. The retaining member includes three or more cylindrical portions that are joined to each other at respective base end portions thereof, one or two adjacent cylindrical portions of the three or more cylindrical portions being a base cylindrical portion provided with a slit extending over the entire length thereof on one side, and the remaining cylindrical portion being a divided cylindrical portion provided with slits extending over the entire length thereof on two sides, and the retaining member is closed via a fixing member.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a wire harness main body including an electric wire and an exterior tube enclosing an outer circumference of the electric wire; a path restricting cover that is attached to an outer circumference of the exterior tube and restricts a path of the wire harness main body; and an attachment attached to an outer circumference of a portion in a lengthwise direction of the path restricting cover.
PROTECTIVE COVER
A protective cover for an electrical conductor comprises a substantially tubular cap surrounding the electrical conductor. The protective cover further includes a substantially disc-shaped flange comprising a bore surrounding the electrical conductor in a liquid-tight manner and an outer contour strictly inscribed in an inner contour of the tubular cap facing disc-shaped flange. The tubular cap also comprises at least one perforation arranged at a low point of the tubular cap. In one example, the protective cover is used for a heating element for an exhaust line.
CABLE HANG-OFF DEVICE
A cable hang-off device for holding a cable for a wind turbine includes a main body, which includes a first flange, an opposed second flange and a through passage to allow insertion of a cable, at least one temporary clamp, which is located in the through passage and which is configured to temporarily hold the cable in place within the main body, a clamping plate, which is configured to clamp armour wires of the cable against the second flange to hold the cable in place within the main body, a sealing sleeve, which includes a cylindrical wall that defines a sealing passage for one or more conductors of the cable, and at least one solid sealing element, which is configured to be installed within the sealing passage in order to at least partially surround the one or more cable conductors to seal the sealing passage.
Messaging achievement pictograph display system
Systems and methods for causing display of a messaging achievement pictograph based on messaging activity are provided. In some example embodiments, a message activity communication is received by a messaging activity service from a client device, the messaging active communication causing and adjustment to a message activity score and the message activity score transgressing a first threshold activity score. Responsive to the message activity transgressing the first threshold activity score, an achievement pictograph is displayed on the client device. In some example embodiments, the pictograph may be ephemeral and removal of the pictograph may be triggered by a designated time or by the message activity score transgressing a second threshold activity score. In some example embodiments, a notification is generated that notifies a user of the display or removal from display of the achievement pictograph.
