Wire harness
A wire harness includes a high voltage electrically conductive path which is an electrically conductive path, and a sheath member which is formed with a tubular member of a rectangular configuration and accommodates the high voltage electrically conductive path therein. In the sheath member, thick parts whose thicknesses are increasing toward inside at positions according to angular parts of an outer peripheral surface are set.
Insulating L busbar covers and related systems and methods
An insulating cover for an L-shaped busbar includes first and second opposing longitudinal edge portions and a longitudinal groove between the first and second longitudinal edge portions. The cover is configured to wrap around the busbar in an installed position with the first and second longitudinal edge portions overlapping, with the second longitudinal edge portion adjacent and generally parallel to a leg of the busbar and with the first longitudinal edge portion in the longitudinal groove of the cover.
CABLE JACKET FOR CABLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
An apparatus, method, and system for a cable jacket having a resealable closure, where the closure is adapted to protect the inner elements of the jacket without exposure to outside contaminants, even when the jacket is manipulated by bending and/or twisting.
Wire harness exterior member and wire harness
An exterior member has a straight tube body to be arranged at a vehicle underfloor portion of a vehicle and at least one rigidity adding portion to add rigidity to the straight tube body.
WIRE HARNESS AND OUTER COVER MEMBER
A wire harness including: a wire; and an outer cover into which the wire is inserted; wherein the outer cover is provided with a spring that is in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the wire. An outer cover into which a wire is to be inserted, the outer cover including a spring configured to come into contact with an outer circumferential surface of the wire.
WIRE HARNESS AND WIRE HARNESS MANUFACTURING METHOD
A wire harness includes a tubular external member and one or a plurality of conduction paths inserted into the external member and protected by the external member. The external member includes at least one fixed form insertion part in which an inside width is wider than an outside width of the one or the plurality of conduction paths, and a plurality of narrow-width insertion parts which are elastically deformable and in which an inside width is narrower than the outside width of the one or the plurality of conduction paths. The plurality of narrow-width insertion parts are arranged along a tube axial direction alternately and integrally with the at least one fixed form insertion part.
COMPACT LINE GUIDE FOR CLEAN ROOM APPLICATIONS AND PRODUCTION METHOD AND SLEEVE UNIT FOR SAME
A method for producing a conduit for a clean room application, comprising electric cables and an elongate flexible sheath which can be moved back and forth so as to form a deflecting bend between two towers, wherein the flexible sheath has a number of parallel receiving portions, each for at least one cable, wherein each receiving portion extends in the manner of a channel in a longitudinal direction from a first end to a second end; the method comprising the steps of providing at least one cable bundle of contiguous cables and providing the flexible sheath, wherein the sheath is prefabricated and the cable bundle is introduced into a receiving portion of the prefabricated sheath, wherein the prefabricated sheath comprises at least one sleeve unit having two interacting closure profiles of a closure in order to close an open state in a dust-tight manner and the cable bundle is inserted into the opened sheath transversely to the longitudinal direction or the prefabricated sheath comprises at least one sleeve unit which is produced so as to be circumferentially closed and the cable bundle is drawn into the closed sleeve unit in the longitudinal direction.
LINE GUIDE WITH SUPPORT CHAIN FOR CLEAN ROOM APPLICATIONS AND SUPPORT CHAIN THEREOF
A cable run arrangement for clean room applications, which is movable forming two strands and a deflecting bend. The cable run arrangement comprises: a flexible sleeve having a plurality of receiving channels, arranged alongside one another, for supply lines, and at least one support chain, which cooperates with the sleeve in order to support at least one associated receiving channel in a stretched position. According to the invention, the support chain forms a support surface, the width of which is greater than the corresponding dimension of the free cross section of the associated receiving channel. The invention also relates to a support chain per se, which forms a support surface, the width of which amounts to at least three times the distance of the support surface from the opposite side of the support chain.
Wire exterior body and exterior-covered wire harness
A wire exterior body and an exterior-covered wire harness, capable of preventing damage to thereby suppress deterioration in the protective function for electric wires, are provided. A wire exterior body (3) formed of a resin sheet, to be mounted on the outer periphery of the wire harness (2), includes bending portions (20a) to (20d) at which the resin sheet is bent, and a plurality of wall parts (4) formed of the resin sheet bent at the bending portions (20a) to (20d). The wall parts (4) extend along the extending direction of the electric wires and form an accommodating part (5) that accommodates the electric wires. Grooves (21a) to (21d) are formed in the bending portions (20a) to (20d) at positions separated by predetermined spaces (S1) and (S2) from end portions (4a) and (4b), in the extending direction of the electric wires, of the wall parts (4).
Multijoint cable protection and guide device
The invention provides a multijoint cable protection and guide device that steadily protects and guides cables and the like that assume flexed and straight postures. The device includes a flexible belt member in which a plurality of center tubular portions through which cables are inserted and a pair of right and left side tubular portions disposed in parallel along the center tubular portions. The center tubular portions and the pair of right and left side tubular portions are integrally molded. A pair of right and left multijoint supporting members is inserted through side tubular portions of the flexible belt member. The multijoint supporting member is composed of a large number of block bodies that are flexibly connected together by concave-convex fittings.
