CORD PROTECTOR
A cord protector detachably securable to an object includes a main body having at least one channel disposed therein that extends along a longitudinal length of the main body. The channel is capable of receiving and securing a cord, line, or tube therein. The cord protector further includes a clamping/gripping/fastening mechanism formed of a pair of oppositely disposed clamping/gripping/fastening arms that extend from opposite sides of the main body. At least a first arm of the clamping/gripping/fastening arms is adjustably positionable and securable relative to a second arm of the clamping/gripping/fastening arms such that a distance between the first and second arms can be varied. The cord protector is capable of being detachably secured to the object by opening the clamping/gripping/fastening arms about the object and clamping the clamping/gripping/fastening arms upon the object.
RELEASABLE HOLDER FOR CABLES AND CONDUIT
A cable support for securing wires and cables to an underlying structure without the use of tools and allows the cable support to be opened or closed to add or remove cables and wires. The cable support may further include padding material or impediments for protecting and securing the wires and cables in place.
WIRING MEMBER
The wiring member includes a wiring body and a shape maintaining member. The wiring body includes a sheet-like member and a wire-like transmission member fixed on the sheet-like member. The shape maintaining member is formed into a sheet-like shape having higher stiffness than the sheet-like member and covers at least one side of the wiring body along a front-back direction of the wiring body to maintain a shape of the wiring body.
JOINING STRUCTURE, METHOD OF PRODUCING SAME, AND WIRE EXTERIOR COVER
Provided are: a joining structure making it possible to join resin plates together without needing to provide a surplus resin plate section for joining, and offering excellent workability in the joining together of resin plates; a method of producing same; and a wire exterior cover using the joining structure. A joining structure 1 comprises a joining part 10 formed by butt-welding a plate surface part 22 of a first resin plate 21 made of a first resin, and an end surface part 24 of a second resin plate 23 made of a second resin. In the joining structure, a foam resin is used for the first resin and a foam resin or a non-foam resin is used for the second resin. The joining part 10 has a welding recess 25 in a surface 22a of the plate surface part 22. In an internal corner 10a of a reverse surface 22b, there is a padding section 27 formed by melt-flowing and solidifying of at least the first resin out of the first resin and the second resin.
Multiple chamber folded innerduct structure
A flexible innerduct structure having a first margin region, a second margin region, and a middle region, where the middle region is located between the first and second margin regions. The innerduct structure contains at least two flexible, longitudinal chambers, with each chamber being designed for enveloping at least one cable. The flexible innerduct structure contains at least one strip-shaped textile, each strip containing a first side and a second edge and extending in the longitudinal direction. All first and second edges of the strips are located in the middle region and each strip-shaped textile extends outwards from the middle region, folds about a fold axis located in either the first or second margin region and returns to the middle region. At least one strip extends from the first to the second margin region and the strips are attached together in the middle region.
CONDUCTOR ARRANGEMENT FOR AN ELECTRICAL ENERGY AND/OR DATA TRANSMISSION CONNECTION
A conductor arrangement for an electrical connection includes a flexible multi-core internal conductor, an electromagnetic shield surrounding the flexible multi-core internal conductor, a thermoplastic hard plastic sheath surrounding a first portion of the flexible multi-core internal conductor, and a flexible corrugated tube surrounding a second portion the flexible multi-core internal conductor. A first portion of the thermoplastic hard plastic sheath includes an elongated flattened shape. A second portion of the thermoplastic hard plastic sheath includes an essentially round shape. The second portion of the thermoplastic hard plastic sheath is adjacent the first portion of the thermoplastic hard plastic sheath.
WIRE HARNESS, AND EXTERIOR MEMBER
A wire harness including: an electrical wire; and an exterior pipe through which the electrical wire is inserted, wherein the exterior pipe is provided with a plurality of discharge holes configured to outwardly discharge foreign matter that has entered between the exterior pipe and the electrical wire. An exterior pipe through which an electrical wire is to be inserted, the exterior pipe including: a body with a plurality of discharge holes configured to outwardly discharge foreign matter that has entered between the body and the electrical wire, wherein the plurality of discharge holes are provided in an aligned arrangement.
High-pressure resistant housing with conductor to inner volume
The invention relates to a housing having at least one current passage that is impervious to high pressure acting from the exterior, e.g. of at least 1000 bar, e.g. up to 8000 bar. The housing has a first housing part and a second housing part that by spaced-apart bearing surfaces that are facing one another, between which at least one insulator is arranged, with the at least one insulator imperviously encompass an inner volume. The housing is opened easily by spacing apart the first housing part from the second one. Generally, the housing parts are electrically insulated from one another by the insulator.
Waterproofing structure and waterproofing method for shielded cable
A waterproofing structure for shielded cable includes: a shielded cable including one or more cables and a braided wire serving as a shielding member and covering the cables; a grommet serving as a waterproofing member and covering a waterproofed portion on the braided wire; and a heat shrinkable tube including an adhesive disposed to cover the waterproofed portion of the braided wire 13. The adhesive pushed into the braided wire by heat shrinkage of the heat shrinkable tube fills a gap between a plurality of strands of the braided wire in an entire region of the waterproofed portion and a gap between the cable and the braided wire. A space between an outer circumferential surface of the heat shrinkable tube and a part of an inner circumferential surface of the waterproofing member is blocked without any gap in a circumferential direction.
Support module for transmission line sleeve
