A bracket system for mounting an electrical box and other components can include a mounting bracket configured to be removably secured to a support bar or a threaded rod. The mounting bracket can include a plurality of spring arms that can be manually moved towards each other to insert locking profiles of the spring arms into one or more mounting openings of the electrical box. Once the locking profiles are inserted, the spring arms can be released so that they spring resiliently apart from each other and secure the locking profiles against removal from mounting openings.

A bracket system for securing an electrical box and other components to a ceiling structure can include a support structure and a mounting bracket. The mounting bracket can include a first support member and a second support member that define a support channel for slidably receiving the ceiling member. The mounting bracket can further include a first contact member and a second contact member that extend from the second support member and define a contact channel to slidably receive the attachment end of the support structure.

A light emitting apparatus includes a light source, a unitary formed heat sink with a plurality of heat dissipating fins, a lensed enclosure that retains a light source and at least one power consuming device other than the light source. The lensed enclosure includes a recessed opening having at least a first wall that terminates at a substantially perpendicular second wall. The plurality of heat dissipating fins are disposed on at least one adjacent exterior side of the walled enclosure, the fins extending outwardly. At least one fin coupled to the heat sink extends beyond the light source, and the heat generated by the light source travels by conduction laterally through the heat sink to the at least one coupled fin.

A junction box and an electronic device assembly system relate to the field of infrastructure technologies. The junction box includes an accommodation chamber (1) configured to accommodate a wire and a sealing cap (2) configured to seal the wire. An upper cover (11) of the accommodation chamber (1) is provided with a first through-hole (111) for wiring, a base (12) of the accommodation chamber (1) is provided with a second through-hole (121) for wiring, and a side wall (13) of the accommodation chamber (1) is provided with one or more operation windows (131). The upper cover (11) of the accommodation chamber (1) is provided with a first installation position for installing to a pole, and the base (12) of the accommodation chamber (1) is provided with a second installation position for installing to an electronic device. The sealing cap (2) includes a third through-hole (201) for wiring and a fourth through-hole (202) for wiring, the sealing cap (2) is detachably installed to the accommodation chamber (1), and the one or more operation windows (131) are shielded by the sealing cap (2) when the sealing cap (2) and the accommodation chamber (1) are in an installed state. The junction box and the electronic device assembly system can simplify an installation process of the electronic device, thereby improving work efficiency.

A lighting-junction-box may have sidewalls that bound a cavity. The cavity may be configured to receive an electronic component that is configured to emit light. The sidewalls may be divided into an upper-portion and a lower-portion. The lower-portion may be substantially cylindrical in shape. The upper-portion may be substantially octagonal in shape, except that two of the eight faces may be curved, while the remaining six faces may be flat and planar. The two curved faces may be oppositely disposed from each other. The two curved faces may have holes for receiving carriage-bolts for attaching adjusting-plates to the lighting-junction-box. Below the holes of the two curved faces on the lower-portion may be external-length-gauges to assist with mounting the lighting-junction-box. The adjusting-plates may have slots for receiving the carriage-bolts and to allow for vertical adjustment of the lighting-junction-box with respect to the adjusting-plates.

An assembly of a flat flexible electrical conductor and a supporting device that quickly and easily supports an intermediate portion of a flat flexible electrical conductor on a support surface. The flat flexible electrical conductor includes a plurality of electrically conductive traces supported on an electrically non-conductive insulator. The electrically non-conductive insulator has an opening extending therethrough. The supporting device includes a head portion and a shaft portion. The head portion includes first and second flanges disposed on opposite sides of the flat flexible electrical conductor and an intermediate portion that extends through the opening of the electrically non-conductive insulator.

An adapter for installing a sensor, more particularly designed as a fire alarm, has a sensor housing which can be connected to a building and is designed to accommodate electrical and/or electronic components of the sensor. To simplify and accelerate the installation, an adapter is designed to be connected, by way of a direct installation technique, to the building by means of an adapter top side and to the sensor by means of an adapter bottom side.

The first and second side flange extend from opposing sides of the body and include an aperture to receive a threaded rod that can support the body plate in a vertical orientation.

A support for electrical boxes can include a body plate, first and second mounting arms, and first and second side flanges. The body plate can include mounting features configured to secure an electrical box to the body plate. The first and second mounting arms can extend from the body plate and receive a threaded rod to support the body plate in a horizontal orientation. The first and second side flange extend from opposing sides of the body and include an aperture to receive a threaded rod that can support the body plate in a vertical orientation.

A canopy assembly for a light fixture includes a mounting bracket configured to be positioned over a junction box and directly mounted to a support surface. A canopy cover is connected to the mounting bracket. The canopy cover includes a plurality of conduit openings. One or more cover inserts are configured to be selectively positioned in the conduit openings. One or more conduit inserts are configured to be selectively positioned in the conduit openings. The canopy cover is configured to extend over the mounting bracket and the junction box.
