Closed panel building systems
10870990 · 2020-12-22 · ·

Approaches describe a panel system (e.g., a closed-, open-, and/or solid-panel system) that can be assembled quickly and easily in the field without field modifications to the panel. The panels can be precision engineered, and include a building connection system for structural and/or utility connection between building elements. An interpanel connector can include a structural connector, a utility connector, or a combination connector that is both a structural and utility connector. A control component or another appropriate component can be used to automatically facilitate coupling of one or more building elements, and provide feedback on the assembly process.

Modular item stowage system

Inventory locations such as shelves in a materials handling facility may be used to store items of various shapes and sizes. Described is a modular item stowage system with hardware that incorporates several components that may be readily reconfigured to accommodate changes in store layout, product presentation, and so forth. The components may include one or more of an instrumented auto-facing unit, divider, spacer, and so forth. The hardware may also support onboard electronics such as sensors to acquire sensor data and computing devices to process the sensor data.

A temporary, non-fixed partitioning system includes a common assembly bracket that can be readily assembled with a wall panel formed of various standard dimensioned building supplies. The wall panels may include a standard door slab, a standard window sash, standard dimensional lumber, a peg board, a chalk board, a whiteboard, a corrugated cardboard panel, a foam board, a gator board, a fiberglass panel, a cork panel, a plastic panel, an upholstered panel, a wood panel, and an acrylic-based or silica-based glass panel, and may also be suitable for receiving custom or desired printing of designs, indicia or other nomenclature. The partitioning system could be provided in a kit form with a plurality of common assembly brackets and wall panels, which are reconfigurable for a variety of uses such as co-working space, trade show booths, or lobby displays.

MODULAR WALL SECTIONS WITH ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND STRUCTURAL GROUND CONNECTORS
20240076872 · 2024-03-07 · ·

Improvements in pre-fabricated modular wall sections to construct a building or house is disclosed. Adjacent side of the wall sections are tapered and dovetailed that lock-in-place. The dovetails are spaced to reduce the height that one section must be lifted to engage in an adjoining wall section. The footers/base plate will also have integrated earthquake or hurricane hold-downs in the footer/base plate that aligns and can be secured from the foundation to the wall sections. The connection of the wall section to the foundation to have counter flashing at the concrete insert and the wall-to-wall sections can be self-flashed. The wall sections can have GPS locators for positioning the wall sections. Plumbing and electrical conduit creating circuits that can be integrated into the walls and are connected sealed or bonded together.

Installation block for a dry wall, dry wall and method for installing an installation block

An installation block for dry walls is disclosed. The installation block includes at least one through-hole for passing through a cable, pipe, or the like. The installation block also includes two installation block parts, which are joined together and have a separating plane T, which intersects with the at least one through-hole. Further, a dry wall and a method for installing an installation block are disclosed.

FOLDABLE MODULAR WALL SYSTEMS
