A device for applying a liquid or pulverulent medium is provided. The device includes an application element that has a flexible width and that is attached between two support elements and includes at least one lateral delimiting element for the purposes of a controlled and fast application of this liquid or pulverulent medium. A kit that includes the device and a media container is provided.

A cosmetic package for applying a product including a cosmetic, care or pharmaceutical product onto the keratinous substrate comprises a receptacle and a cosmetic applicator. The cosmetic applicator comprises an applicator head, a stem and a closure. The applicator head further comprises a connecting member, an applying member and a rivet member. The connecting member further comprises a shank portion at a proximal portion thereof, a locking portion at a distal portion thereof, and a flexing portion which extends between the shank portion and the locking portion. The applying member rotates with respect to the stem and the flexible portion of the applicator head flexes during application of the cosmetic product onto the keratinous substrate.

Product lines, cosmetic products, packaging systems, and wiper assemblies improve the distribution, quantity, and/or location of formulation on an applicator. The wiper assemblies include a wiper base portion and a soft wiping portion. The wiper base portion has a body configured to be disposed in a mouth of a container, the body having a lower flange portion and an outer wall defining a cavity. The soft wiping portion has an annular shape and is disposed in the cavity.

A multifunctional makeup tool includes a cap, a first portion that includes a first body, a second portion including a second body and a second cap, and a third portion including a third body. The first body includes a lower first surface, the second cap includes a second upper surface, and the second body includes a lower second surface. The third body includes an upper third surface. A wiper for a container of cosmetic product, the wiper including a substantially tubular body including at least one wiping portion of which a free interior surface defines a wiping passage through which an application member can pass in a wiping direction, the wiping portion is made of a thermoplastic elastomer having a hardness less than 70 Shore 00, preferably less than 45 or 50 Shore 00.

Various embodiments of devices for retrieving and applying product from within a container are provided. In one embodiment the device comprises a flexible shaft having a proximal and distal end; a rod having a proximal and distal end, the rod positioned within the flexible shaft; and a tip coupled to the distal end of the rod by a living hinge. Pressure applied between the proximal and distal end of the flexible shaft bends the living hinge which rotates the tip from a first position to a second position.

A magnetic cap assembly is used to close a bottle, grip or box. The magnetic cap assembly includes an external cap, magnets and an internal cap. The magnets are inserted in the external cap. The internal cap is fitted in the external cap, thereby keeping the magnets in the external cap. The internal cap is used to close the bottle, grip or box.
