Applicator for applying a cosmetic product to keratinous materials
An applicator for a cosmetic product to keratinous materials, particularly to keratinous fibers, notably to the eyelashes, the eyebrows and/or the capillary fibers, includes a core that extends along a longitudinal axis, a cosmetic product application element having at least one block of a foam attached to the core, the foam being an open-cell polymer foam which on its outer surface has free strands formed by all or part of the edge corners of cells that have been cut through by the machining of the foam.
Stabilized, precision, dual-brush eyelash application apparatus and method
A mascara application system includes two brushes on arms or wands. A manufacturing approach is included. Wands are biased together, requiring force to separate brushes to place brushes on opposite sides (surfaces, top and bottom) of an eyelash. Upon release of the force brushes remain in contact with no affirmative force required to keep them together. During application of mascara, a user's fingers remain free to manipulate the position and movement of the brushes by holding, rolling, drawing, or otherwise controlling the handle to which the wands anchor. Brushes may be the same or different sizes, on simple, cantilevered arms or in a crossed (reverse tweezers) configuration. A reservoir of mascara product may receive, and seal by means of engaging, the applicator without relative rotation.
Rotating cosmetic applicator system
A rotating cosmetic applicator system features a unique rod/wiper relationship that causes the rod to rotate when it passes through the wiper. The applicator head rotates in one direction when the user inserts the applicator through the wiper, and in the opposite direction when the user removes the applicator through the wiper. The result is a more even loading of product onto the applicator head than with a conventional mascara system. A more even load of product on the brush will support a more consistent experience for the user.
APPLICATOR IN THE SHAPE OF A SPIRAL WITH A SUPPORTING CORE
A cosmetic applicator for applying a substance to keratin fibers is disclosed herein. In an embodiment, the cosmetic applicator includes a guiding element and a coil spring element. The guiding element is positioned in a central area of the coil spring element. The coil spring element winds more than one time completely around the guiding element and has spikes protruding in an outward direction.
APPLICATOR FOR COSMETICS IN TWO COMPONENTS
Applicator for cosmetic products including a wire made of metal material that includes a U-shaped body bearing tufts of bristles inside it, which is subsequently subjected to multiple twists so as to form a single body capable of holding the tufts in a stable position and arranging them into a spiral pattern, characterized in that an element in plastic material arranged outside the wire of metal material is associated with the brush, and held in stable engagement with it, the element including a centrally pierced flanged base body, with a shaped wall departing vertically from the external edge of the flange, only partially covering the brush, the wall bearing on its external surface at least one series of cosmetic product applicator tips, the hole of the base of the plastic element housing the terminal portion of the brush. In addition, the cylindrical base body has outward-facing toroidal ribs along its external surface designed to engage the brush thus constituted with the stem of the gripping and manoeuvring element of the applicator.
Cosmetic applicator with rotatable application surface
A cosmetic package for applying a product including a cosmetic, care or pharmaceutical product onto the keratinous substrate comprises a receptacle and a cosmetic applicator. The cosmetic applicator comprises an applicator head, a stem and a closure. The applicator head further comprises a connecting member, an applying member and a rivet member. The connecting member further comprises a shank portion at a proximal portion thereof, a locking portion at a distal portion thereof, and a flexing portion which extends between the shank portion and the locking portion. The applying member rotates with respect to the stem and the flexible portion of the applicator head flexes during application of the cosmetic product onto the keratinous substrate.
Kit for producing an assembly for packaging and applying a product, notably a cosmetic product
Kit for producing an assembly for packaging and applying a product, including at least one container delimiting at least one internal volume which contains said product and at least one free edge of which defines an opening for accessing the internal volume, said opening being closed off by a temporary closure member that does not have an applicator member, and at least one device for applying said product that is able to be inserted at least partially into said internal volume and comprises at least one applicator member, a stem and a wiping member mounted around said stem and fixed removably thereto wherein the gripping member forms a cap configured to replace the temporary closure member to form an assembly for packaging and applying the cosmetic product, said gripping member being able to close the opening removably, the applicator member being situated inside the container when the gripping member closes said opening.
Container/applicator for a cosmetic product
A container/applicator for content such as a cosmetic product has a cylindrical shape with an axis, that includes a reservoir having a wall, a closed end closed by a bottom and an open end with a free edge, a cap having a skirt and a top wall, and an applicator rod, a casing having a distal end and a proximal end, a squeegee, an interface, wherein the squeegee is a part separate from the casing and is housed in the casing, includes a protruding flange and a distal portion, is held by fixed rigid squeegee/reservoir-casing combination. The casing includes an open distal end, and a transverse step forming an inner shoulder.
Cosmetic applicator with special bristle
A cosmetic applicator with a bristle carrier (9), which merges into a stem (12), by way of which the bristle carrier (9) is connected to a handle (13), or into a coupling portion (11) for connecting the bristle carrier (9) to such a stem (12), wherein the bristle carrier (9) carries a multiplicity of in each case single-piece bristles (1) of length (L) and is distinguished in that the bristles (1) consist of two halves (2, 3), which are axially symmetrical relative to one another and are displaced relative to one another, and connected in one piece to one another, along their axis of symmetry (4), wherein each of the halves (2, 3) forms a planar region (6) of the bristle (1), said planar region being located in the displacement plane (5).
Cosmetic compositions with a micro-mesh structure
A topical composition comprising a Polymer, a high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (HWM HA) and/or its salt, a low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (LWM HA) and/or its salt, and a polyamino acid and/or its salt; and water and a method for identifying a test polymer that forms a micro-mesh structure when combined with such ingredients.
