A gel polish color indicating and dispensing pen and method of application stores and dispenses a gel polish having a unique color from a pen that is easy to grip and manipulate. The pen provides an interior transparent tube that stores the gel polish while enabling a clear view of the color of the gel polish through a transparent sidewall when the dispensing tip of the pen is uncapped. A dispensing tip is in fluid communication with the gel polish. A cap detachably encapsulates the dispensing tip. An exterior opaque tube is used for labeling of the gel polish, and for covering the interior transparent tube. The exterior opaque tube comprises an ornamental window that enables viewing of the color of the gel polish when the dispensing tip is capped. A UV coating or lens may overlay the window to reduce damage to the gel polish from light waves.

The present invention features a blotting and lipstick system in a single component wherein one end comprises a lipstick and the other end comprises a blotter. The blotting and lipstick system in one device provides a convenient way for a user to apply a beautifying cosmetic to the lips and then blot the lipstick to prevent the lipstick from getting on the teeth of the user. Both the lipstick and the blotter have a rotating mechanism whereby they can be raised or lowered for convenience.

Multiple reservoirs can be provided to dispense the same or different pharmaceutical agents.

A preform for a cosmetic unit filled with cosmetic mass has a container part which preferably forms a tube. The tube is open on the underside and is dimensioned in such a way that, after filling with the cosmetic mass to be stored by it, it can be closed by welding without being affected by the cosmetic mass and then forms to form the complete cosmetic container. The container part providing provides a subsequent removal opening on the upper side, and an applicator part, which consists at least of includes a stem fitted or capable of being fitted with an applicator element. The stem of the preform being is arranged partly inside the container part and partly projecting outwards through the subsequent removal opening. The stem is connected via a thin material bridge to the inner edge of the subsequent removal opening in such a way that it closes to close the latter tightly. The stem and the container part are an integral one-piece component.
