A stator having a structure in which an insulating paper is easily inserted into a slot and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The stator includes a stator core (21) alternately having teeth (32) and slots (34) in a circumferential direction, a coil (33) installed at the stator core (21), and an insulating paper (60) provided around the coil (33) while being accommodated in the slot (34) and having a folded portion (64) in a lengthwise direction of the slot (34).

Stator winding for rotary electric machine, stator for rotary electric machine, method of manufacturing stator for rotary electric machine, and jig used in manufacturing stator for rotary electric machine

A stator winding of a rotary electric machine includes windings for each pole of each phase being configured by a single layer lap wound coil. The single layer lap-wound coil includes combination coils each configured by two or more divided unit coils of the same phase being disposed one over the other in a radial direction inside slots of a stator core. The combination coils each comprise a first-row unit coil and a second-row unit coil disposed in a radially inner side of the stator core with respect to the first-row unit coil. A turns count of the first-row unit coil equals a turns count of the second-row unit coil. A count of lead wires of the first-row unit coil differs from a count of lead wires of the second-row unit coil.

Stator and manufacturing method thereof

First-fourth slots may be provided in an inner circumferential surface of a stator core. A coil may include first-third segments conductor. Each of the conductors may include a U-shape. The first segment conductor may be inserted in the first slot and the second slot in a state where a coupling portion of the first segment conductor is located at a position facing a first end surface. The second segment conductor may be inserted in the second slot and the third slot in a state where a coupling portion of the second segment conductor may be located at a position facing a second end surface. The third segment conductor may be inserted in the third slot and the fourth slot in a state where a coupling portion of the third segment conductor may be located at a position facing the first end surface.

Rotary Electric Machine

A rotational electric machine achieving both of productivity and insulation property is provided. A rotational electric machine includes an iron core having a plurality of slots, and a plurality of segment conductive bodies arranged in the slots, wherein the iron core includes a coil guide arranged at, at least, one of opening portions of the slots, and the coil guide includes a slot insertion portion located between the slot and the segment conductive body and at least one separation portion located between the segment conductive bodies, and the slot insertion portion and the separation portion are arranged in the slot together with the segment conductive body.
