A back-invigorator device of the present disclosure has a back-invigorator implement coupled to a first end of a first shaft, the first shaft having a first hinge mechanism on a second end. The back-invigorator device further has a handle coupled to a first end of a second shaft, the first and second shafts detachably coupled together via the first hinge mechanism and a second hinge mechanism on a second end of the second shaft such that the back-invigorator implement can be replaced by another back invigorator implement.

The present invention is a brush head that rotates to at least two locked positions on a noncoaxial axis relative to the longitudinal or length-wise axis of the handle. A locking trigger is provided to hold and release the rotating head. A brush head is attached to end of the rotating head. In one version, the handle includes a flat cap sixed to support the brush to prevent the brush head from contacting a counter or other supporting surface.

A cleaning device is provided that includes a handle, a cleaning implement, a flexible neck, and a collar. The cleaning implement depends from one end the handle. The flexible neck is positioned to allow flexion of the handle. The collar moves with respect to the flexible neck between a first position where movement of the flexible neck is unrestricted by the collar and a second position where movement of the flexible neck is restricted by the collar.

Brush for applying a product, in particular a cosmetic product, to the eyelashes or eyebrows, comprising: a core (40) extending along a longitudinal axis and comprising two branches that are twisted together, bristles clamped between the branches of the core (40), the free end of the bristles defining an envelope surface (S), the envelope surface (S) having at least two ribs delimited by notches (30) formed by two longitudinally extending flanks, the two flanks of at least one notch comprising flat portions.

Cosmetics applicators and combination products using the cosmetics applicators. In an example a cosmetics applicator comprises upper and lower caps that can be twisted relative to one another to cause a stem associated with the upper and lower caps to extend or retract. A cosmetics applicator on a distal end of the stem is thereby caused to assume curved or straight configurations.

The present invention relates to a brush (10) for applying a product (P) to the eyelashes and/or eyebrows, comprising: a core (40), notably a twisted core, extending along a longitudinal axis (X), comprising a portion of the core carrying the bristles that has a proximal end intended to be fixed to a stem and a distal end, the portion of the core carrying the bristles having a rectilinear proximal portion that extends along more than half of its length from the proximal end of the portion of the core carrying the bristles, and having at least one bend made at the distal end of the portion of the core carrying the bristles, and bristles (41) held by the core (40), the bristles (41) having free ends that define an envelope surface, the envelope surface having at least one longitudinally extending cutout.

The present invention relates to a brush (10) for applying a product (P) to the eyelashes and/or eyebrows, comprising: a core (40) that extends along a longitudinal axis X, and bristles (41) that extend from the core (40) along a portion of length L.sub.2, the ends of the bristles (41) defining an envelope surface, the envelope surface having at least one longitudinally extending cutout, the cutout having: a length L.sub.2 where L.sub.2L.sub.1/2, a width w, measured at the bottom of the cutout, that is constant along at least a portion of its length L.sub.2, and a distance d from the longitudinal axis X that varies along its length L.sub.2.

An adapter is provided that connects any one of a variety of makeup applicators for applying makeup to a motion controlling device that directs movement of the makeup applicator. The adapter includes a base component having a base connection for connecting the adapter to the motion controlling device in a certain orientation, and an end component having an end connection for connecting the adapter to a makeup applicator. The end component has a center axis through its center and is rotatably attached about the center axis to the base component with a structure for locking the end component in a certain rotated angle about the center axis.

A bottle cleaning system, for cleaning baby bottles and other containers, includes a bottle cleaning device having several different sets of cleaning bristles. The bottle cleaning device generally includes a handle having a shaft, a first set of bristles mounted on a compressible sleeve and surrounding the shaft of the handle and a second set of bristles mounted on the shaft of the handle. The bottle cleaning device further includes an end cap at an end of the first set of bristle and having a through bore and an opening for passage of the second set of bristles. A biasing spring biases the end cap away from the handle to initially cover the second set of bristles. A third set of bristles is removable retained within a hollow channel in the handle.
