Acoustic wave device
An acoustic wave device includes a piezoelectric body including first and second main surfaces facing each other, an IDT electrode provided on the first main surface of the piezoelectric body and including electrode fingers, a high acoustic velocity member on the second main surface side of the piezoelectric body, in which an acoustic velocity of a propagating bulk wave is higher than an acoustic velocity of an acoustic wave propagating through the piezoelectric body, and a first dielectric film provided on an upper surface of the electrode fingers, in which a portion where a dielectric is not present is provided between the electrode fingers of the IDT electrode.
Robust location, retrieval, and display of information for dynamic networks
A computer-implemented system and method for search and navigation on a network to find and display specific search identified information in documents. Queries are sent to search engine services and responses comprising snippets are returned. Then, in response to only one or a few user inputs, documents are opened and locations of content matching or best matching the snippets are found reliably and distinguished in a display.
ELASTIC WAVE DEVICE, FRONT-END CIRCUIT, AND COMMUNICATION DEVICE
An elastic wave device includes a piezoelectric substrate and an IDT electrode provided on the piezoelectric substrate. The IDT electrode includes a busbar electrode extending in an elastic wave propagation direction and electrode fingers connected to the busbar electrode and extending in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the elastic wave propagation direction. The piezoelectric substrate includes a groove extending along the elastic wave propagation direction. The groove is provided on a side across the busbar electrode in the perpendicular or substantially perpendicular direction from a side at which the electrode fingers are located.
SEARCH AND NAVIGATION TO SPECIFIC DOCUMENT CONTENT
A computer-implemented system and method for search and navigation on a network to find and display specific search identified information in documents. Queries are sent to search engine services and responses comprising snippets are returned. Then, in response to only one or a few user inputs, documents are opened and locations of content matching or best matching the snippets are found reliably and distinguished in a display.
COMPOSITE SUBSTRATE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A composite substrate includes a supporting substrate and a functional substrate that are directly joined together, the supporting substrate being a sintered sialon body.
FORMING A MODIFIED LAYER WITHIN A RADIO FREQUENCY (RF) SUBSTRATE FOR FORMING A LAYER TRANSFERRED RF FILTER-ON-INSULATOR WAFER
A method of constructing a layer transferred radio frequency (RF) filter-on-insulator wafer includes exposing a front-side of a bulk RF wafer to a laser light source to form a modified layer at a predetermined depth along a horizontal length of the bulk RF wafer. The method also includes bonding the front-side of the bulk RF wafer to a front-side of a semiconductor handle wafer through an insulator layer. The method further includes forming an RF filter layer from the bulk RF wafer. The method also includes selectively etching away the modified layer from the RF filter layer to the predetermined depth to complete the layer transferred RF filter-on-insulator wafer.
ELASTIC WAVE DEVICE, HIGH-FREQUENCY FRONT END CIRCUIT, AND COMMUNICATION DEVICE
An elastic wave device includes first and second IDT electrodes provided over a principal surface of a piezoelectric substrate. The first IDT electrode is provided directly on a principal surface of the piezoelectric substrate and the second IDT electrode is provided over the principal surface with a first dielectric layer interposed therebetween. A second dielectric layer extends to upper portions of the first and second IDT electrodes. A wiring electrode passes over the second dielectric layer and extends to the upper portions of the first and second IDT electrodes. Respective angles between first and second side surfaces of the second dielectric layer and the principal surface of the piezoelectric substrate are smaller than an angle between a side surface of the first dielectric layer and the principal surface of the piezoelectric substrate.
TRANSVERSELY-EXCITED FILM BULK ACOUSTIC RESONATOR WITH PERIODIC ETCHED HOLES
There are disclosed acoustic resonators and method of fabricating acoustic resonators. An acoustic resonator includes a single-crystal piezoelectric plate having front and back surfaces, the back surface attached to a surface of a substrate except for portions of the piezoelectric plate forming a diaphragm spanning a cavity in the substrate. A conductor pattern on the front surface includes an interdigital transducer (IDT) with interleaved fingers of the IDT disposed on the diaphragm. A periodic array of holes is provided in the diaphragm.
