SLIDE RAIL ASSEMBLY AND GUIDING MECHANISM THEREOF
A slide rail assembly is configured to mount a chassis to a rack. A plurality of mounting members are arranged at one side of the chassis. The slide rail assembly includes a first rail, a second rail and a guiding base. The second rail includes a side wall and a bottom wall. The guiding base is disposed at a front end of the second rail. The guiding base defines an entry, an exit and a passage located between the entry and the exit. The second rail is moved out of the rack relative to the first rail. The bottom wall of the second rail abuts against a bottom part of the chassis for pushing the chassis into the rack. The chassis is mounted to the second rail through guiding the plurality of mounting members by the entry to pass through the passage and the exit.
Mobile Storage Systems
A mobile storage system includes a cabinet convertible between an open configuration for storing items and a folded configuration for transportation of the cabinet. The cabinet includes a rear wall, left and right side walls, a top wall, and a bottom wall that cooperate to form an interior storage space having a front opening. The cabinet further includes a pair of wheels located at the bottom of the rear wall and a handle so that the cabinet can be moved as a cart. One or more drawers can be removably connected to and supported by drawer slides within the cabinet so that the drawers are movable into and out of the interior storage space through the front opening. The drawers can be configured to be used as drawers for long term storage when located within the cabinet and as suitcases for travelling storage when removed from the cabinet.
Mounting device
A mounting device is configured to mount a carried object to a connecting board. The connecting board is arranged with a mounting hole for mounting a positioning member of the carried object. The mounting device includes a blocking portion, an operating portion, and a base portion. The blocking portion is adjacent to the mounting hole of the connecting board. The operating portion is operatively connected to the blocking portion. The base portion has a first section connected to the connecting board, and a second section connected to the blocking portion. Wherein, when the positioning member of the carried object enters the mounting hole of the connecting board, the blocking portion is configured to block the positioning member; and when the operating portion is operated to move the blocking portion away from the mounting hole of the connecting board, the positioning member is able to disengage from the mounting hole.
Slide rail mounting mechanism
A slide rail mounting mechanism includes a rail element and an adjustment element. The rail element has an upper wall, a lower wall and a middle wall connected between the upper wall and the lower wall. A receiving slot is formed between the upper wall and the middle wall. The adjustment element is movably mounted to the rail element. The adjustment element has an upper part located adjacent to the upper wall of the rail element, and a lower part located adjacent to the lower wall of the rail element; wherein when the adjustment element is adjusted to move to a position, the adjustment element extends to be in the receiving slot.
Rail mounting structure
A rail mounting structure includes a rail member, an auxiliary member, and a resilient member. The rail member includes first and second mounting slots. The auxiliary member is movably mounted to the rail member and includes first and second portions. The resilient member provides a resilient force acting on the auxiliary member such that the auxiliary member is kept at a predetermined position relative to the rail member where the first and second portions of the auxiliary member are adjacent to the first and second mounting slots respectively.
DRAWER GLIDE MECHANISM
A drawer glide mechanism can include a first elongate guide member, a second elongate glide member, a ball bearing component, and a v-notch socket. The first elongate guide member includes a distal end that is configured to fit within an opening in the v-notch socket. The drawer glide mechanism can further include one or more floating members and fixed members.
PULL-OUT GUIDE FOR A DRAWER, AND METHOD FOR SECURING A DRAWER TO A PULL-OUT GUIDE
A pull-out guide for a drawer, comprising a guide rail can be fixed to a body and a running rail which is movably mounted. At least one central rail can optionally be provided between the guide rail and the running rail, and a securing device with a holder is provided on the running rail, wherein a drawer can be fixed to the holder. The holder is mounted in a movable manner in the longitudinal direction of the running rail and is pretensioned towards the front in the pull-out direction by means of an energy accumulator. In this manner, a drawer can be easily mounted on the securing device, and manufacturing tolerances can be compensated for.
ASSEMBLY COMPRISING AT LEAST ONE DRAWER PULL-OUT GUIDE
An assembly includes a drawer pull-out guide, the drawer pull-out guide including a carcass rail configured to be fixed to a furniture carcass and at least one extension rail displaceable relative to the carcass rail, and including at least one coupling device configured to releasably couple the extension rail to a drawer. The assembly further includes at least one drawer sidewall having a hollow profile made of metal and at least one first coupling element configured to be, preferably releasably, coupled to the coupling device of the drawer pull-out guide, and at least one second coupling element which is configured to be fixed to a drawer made of a wood material and which is to be alternatively, preferably releasably, coupled, instead of the at least one first coupling element, to the coupling device of the drawer pull-out guide.
