Embodiments of this disclosure relate to reducing coupling between acoustic wave resonators. An isolation region of a substrate can be located between acoustic wave resonators. The isolation region can reduce capacitive coupling through the substrate between the acoustic wave resonators. In certain embodiments, the isolation region can be located between acoustic wave resonators of different filters to thereby increase isolation between the filters.

A ground interconnection extends in a direction intersecting with the elastic wave propagation direction and in a region between the second reflector and the third reflector. A gap in one portion of the ground interconnection includes a different acoustic velocity portion where an acoustic velocity is different from an acoustic velocity in another portion of the ground interconnection.

A first main surface of the substrate having piezoelectricity includes a first region and a second region closer to a second main surface than the first region. The interdigital transducer electrode is disposed in the first region. The pad electrode is disposed in the second region and bonded to the bump.

Wiring spaces (53), formed between the first main face (3a) and the cover (5), houses the three-dimensional wiring parts (39), without housing the SAW elements (10).
