RETRACTABLE SOFT-CLOSE SHELF SYSTEM
Retractable soft-close shelf system and assemblies for use with appliance are provided. Shelf assembly includes a fixed shelf with a guide defining a support surface and a movable shelf slidably mounted to the fixed shelf. Movable shelf can be moved between an extended and a retracted position Support surface can include a front portion and a rear portion. Front portion is positioned at a first guide angle and rear portion is positioned at a second guide angle. Movable shelf includes a front boss and a rear boss on opposite sides of the movable shelf. Front and rear bosses are received within the guide and are slidably supported by the support surface. Shelf assembly includes a striker extending from the bottom of the movable shelf and a soft close mechanism. Soft close mechanism is configured to engage the striker when rear boss contacts the rear portion of the support surface.
Drawer pull-out guide
A drawer pull-out guide includes a first guide rail, a second guide rail displaceably supported relative to one another, and a running carriage having load-transmitting rolling bodies displaceably arranged between the first guide rail and the second guide rail. The running carriage includes at least two rolling bodies rotatable about a rotational axis, and the at least two rolling bodies—in a view onto a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the guide rails—are arranged so as to be laterally offset to one another. Each of the at least two rolling bodies has a cylindrical form and is rotationally supported about a horizontally extending rotational axis in a mounted position of the drawer pull-out guide, the rotational axes of the at least two rolling bodies are arranged in the same running plane, and the at least two rolling bodies have the same diameter.
DRAWER GUIDE AND LAUNDRY TREATMENT APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
A drawer guide includes a fixed body; an operation body withdrawable from the fixed body; a base; and a base slit. The base slit includes a linear portion; and a curved portion extending from a front end of the linear portion. The drawer guide includes first and second slides movably coupled to the base; a slide slit penetrating the second slide; a first transfer unit having one end movably coupled to the base slit and the other end inserted in the slide slit; a second transfer unit detachably coupled to the first transfer unit. The second transfer unit moves the first transfer unit to the curved portion from the linear portion when the operation body is moved in the withdrawing direction and vice-versa. The drawer guide includes a spring connecting the base and the first slide; and an attractive power supply unit that supplies a power to the second slide.
DUST-PROOF SWITCH CABINET IN LOW-VOLTAGE
The present patent discloses a dust-proof switch cabinet in low-voltage comprises a low-voltage switchgear cabinet on which a plurality of unit drawers are arranged, wherein the unit drawers are provided with a drawer stop door located on the outside and a drawer side panel located on both sides, and a plurality of elastic tensioning members respectively matched with the corresponding unit drawers are provided in the low-voltage switchgear cabinet, wherein the elastic tensioning members are inserted into the inner cavity of the unit drawers and connected with the low-voltage switchgear cabinet, and the movable end of the elastic tensioning members are connected with the unit drawers. The present patent has the effect of effectively avoids the accumulation of particles and debris in the drawers caused by the unit drawers being opened for a long-time, thereby significantly improving the dustproof performance of the low-voltage switchgear cabinet.
Damper assemblies
A device controls closing movement of a drawer in a drawer cabinet. The device includes an actuator driven by a spring for imparting a biassing force to the drawer as it closes. The actuator is mounted on a housing, which is itself mounted on the cabinet, and is movable back and forth in the direction of movement of the drawer. A damper is mounted on the housing and is operable on the actuator to impart a damping force on it in a sense to resist the closing movement of the drawer. The actuator is triggered by a catch mounted on the drawer. The housing and catch are mountable without need of pre-drilling and include locating members for determining their relative positions on the cabinet and drawer respectively.
